"Disastrous Experience & Lack of Basic Services (4 Days Without Housekeeping)"

My stay at Comfort Inn The Pointe has been extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. We have gone four consecutive days without housekeeping service in our room, despite being checked in. We have requested fresh towels and other essential supplies on multiple occasions, but these requests have been completely ignored by the staff. Furthermore, the gym has been unusable for four days due to a lack of towels and, more critically, no drinking water for guests, even though this was reported twice. A hotel of this caliber cannot afford to fail on basic standards of hygiene and comfort. The lack of responsiveness and neglect of basic maintenance are an embarrassment to the Comfort Inn brand. I do not recommend this hotel and urge an immediate review of its management.

"Keep Your Voice Down"

Checked in 2hours early, quick and easy. Amenities fine: hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave. The big complaint is that the wall to the adjoining room seemed to be made of paper. The adjoining door is pretty light as well. We could hear our neighbor talking on the phone at 9pm as well as the person she was talking to on speaker. The party next door started a couple hours later. Impossible for us to sleep. We called down to the front desk around midnight. They called the neighbor and it got quieter for a bit…until more people arrived. We finally got to sleep about 4:30am. Complained again in the morning (afternoon actually by the time we woke up), and they said they would address it. Asked to change rooms but none available. Second night it was quiet UNTIL 2am when they came back to their room. We called down once at 3 and the noise stopped. If this is how Comfort Inn builds their properties, I can say with surety that I won’t be staying in one again, ever.

"Great Hotel Location"

We had a 2 night stay at this older hotel. Desk and Housekeeping staff were friendly and hard working. Our room was clean, bathroom is small, but had plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel rooms are quiet. I do not recommend the breakfast. The one young woman who oversees/works the breakfast meal is unfriendly and overworked. SHE NEEDS AT LEAST ANOTHER WORKER to help her. It was ridiculous. ALSO, there is zero coffee and water in the lobby! Ridiculous! AND we had to pay for parking! The ads in the area literature books say FREE GUEST PARKING!!! What’s up with that??? This hotel location is very convenient to the NF State Park. Great park!! Hotel is just okay.

The hotel is not fancy , but it is clean and serviceable. The location with its proximity to the American falls is definitely choice. I would not recommend the breakfast.

"Please avoid this place to stay"

It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed . Other than the location, noting is worth it . Our room was very unclean and the toilet was not cleaned , no curtains in the bathroom . The toilet was not cleaned . When I went to the front desk for complaining . They did do anything . She said she didn't have any other room , no maintenance is there too. And if she has to come and clean all have to go out of the room which was bad at 11pm . Also, there were no disinfect wipes when I asked them. They just said I have to give u cloth and u can clean in yourself . I have stayed in econo Lodge Hotel once, which was way way better than this . The place is old . Carpets wear tone, chair was worn. If you can pay a little extra and stay in another place it's better . Attached are pictures.
