Brilliant location,lovely people.Rooms were kept very clean and the surroundings spotless.The 2 pools were open throughout the day and always very welcoming.The beds were sooooooooo comfy.We stayed for 11 nights and loved it and would def recommend. They have a laundrette part to so you can wash your clothes if your there a long stay.

When checking in, the staff was courteous and professional. The room that we got was within the indoor pool location. The room itself was great! From the clean sheets to the clean floors, walls and amenities. The reason I gave the place the rating I did is because of the EXCESSIVE noise of the guests that were using the pool during our stay. There was no consideration by them for those guests who were in their rooms during this time. There was EXCESSIVE noise from the early afternoon all the way to 10pm. This is very unacceptable. Guests should be able to utilize the indoor pool but also be considerate to their surroundings. I had gone to the Front Desk to inquire if there was a Noise Policy in place to manage noise levels and to ensure the comfort of all guests. The response I received was that there was no such policy set in place. The attendant at the front desk apologized for the noise but I asked her why is she apologizing for something that isn’t enforced in print, by the management at Toni Inn? This is something I would recommend the Toni Inn look into, to ensure no problems in the future when it comes to the noise level in the indoor pool area.

People were nice. We almost got walked in on during our stay from room service. I recommend not booking a room near the indoor pool as it can be very loud during the night with people walking in and out of their rooms and to the pool! It was clean. Breakfast was free and served from 7am to 10am

This is one of our favorite hotels in the area. It is very close to Dollywood, which is usually what we come to the area for. The rooms are always clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good, and my children love the indoor pool area. It can get a little noisy with the parkway being just right outside, but it hasn't bothered us too much. While the hotel could use a little updating, it is a wonderful value for the price.

Let me preface by saying 3 stars to me means it was fine. There’s nothing really wrong, there just wasn’t anything that really knocked our socks off. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. In a town with so much to do, that’s really all you need. The staff was friendly, the pools looked nice, and there was free breakfast. That said, here are things that, if improved, could add a star. The bedding is less than luxurious, kind of thin and worn. The toiletries are lacking- one small bottle each of shampoo and conditioner, and two tiny bars of face soap. No body wash or body bar, no lotion, no makeup wipes. Basic in-room coffee set up, I really wish hotels would do better in this regard. A better selection would be nice. Very noisy! Outside noise and noise from adjacent rooms prevented a decent night’s sleep. Housekeeping comes around early, and if you’re not ready for them you are out of luck- they don’t come back later. Twice they came while we were not dressed and they did not try again later like at most hotels. Overall, it was decent for the price. Decor could use some updating.
