When we first got there we noticed only one bar of soap,2 glasses, no shampoo and no bath mat.
I notified staff next morning and when we returned everything was there . The view is beautiful.Enjoyed the quiet and the watching the pigeons and geese on the creek.

"Fabulous!"
July 2019
Fabulous stay! Just remind me of the old days. It is a wonderful experience for our six years old to see what it Is like back then. I hope to continue to carry tradition and to return to Creekstone Inn. Clean and neat room with strong water flow in the shower. Nice view over the creek!

"A good stay"
June 2019
We booked two rooms for four nights for a blended family vacation. We stayed at the Rivers Landing building across from the main Creekstone Inn building. The rooms were clean & housekeeping kept us supplied with towels everyday. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning & also enjoyed feeding the wildlife between our building and the little pigeon river. Wildlife included: Woodchuck family, canadian geese, ducks, & pigeons. We saw a huge owl late one night in the trees too. Beds were comfy & the front desk were quick to respond to every request we made. We enjoyed swimming in their pool as well. We would gladly book again.

"Oldy Moldy UCK!"

As part of an entertainment package we expected a lot better. This hotel is in drastic need of up dating along with it's neighboring area. Very run down dilapidated buildings. Very poor value for the price we paid.

"Outdated and Didn't Live Up to Expectations"
November 2018
This place is poorly signed, so finding it at night required a phone call (Google maps didn't help). The checkin guy was a little off-putting when I said we had a hard time finding the hotel, which is across the street from the check-in office. The "breakfast" eggs tasted like the powdered egg mix kind, which was also disappointed. Wifi was so-so. If I was to return, I'd choose a different hotel.

We loved everything. The staff, very clean, view of the creek, the jacuzzi tub! My only negative is the bed we slept in - it was comfy but if we sat down, it’s like air was in it and it pop up. Hard to explain but our only issue. We will stay here again!

"What a pleasant, relaxing experience."

We have stayed in a lot of hotels over the past 6 years of travelling , and this is the first hotel to check to see if the room was alright, have a great Accessible suite that caters to the disabled individual, a beautiful view of the river, and the breakfast is full of wonderful treats and if you go hungry its your own fault because there is plenty to choose from. The whole experience from checking in to checking out was flawless. Once we checked out we were even given a parting gift of a lovely tin with chocolate wafer treats, who can say no to that! We would definitely stay there again. It was such a wonderful experience .

"Amazing room right on the creek"

We checked in right after an all-day rain so were advised to park near the office. The creek was definitely rushing and we enjoyed the balcony. Our room had two queen beds and two TV's so we could each enjoy a different show. The bathroom is really tiny, however adequate. The staff was extremely accomodating and we enjoyed our stay.

We love staying at this hotel. We stayed here on our honeymoon 18 years ago. I love being able to park inside a building. I love the balcony overlooking the river. It is truly the best place to stay in Pigeon Forge. We will always stay at this hotel when in PF or Gatlinburg.
