"Fabulous!"

Fabulous stay! Just remind me of the old days. It is a wonderful experience for our six years old to see what it Is like back then. I hope to continue to carry tradition and to return to Creekstone Inn. Clean and neat room with strong water flow in the shower. Nice view over the creek!

"A good stay"
June 2019
We booked two rooms for four nights for a blended family vacation. We stayed at the Rivers Landing building across from the main Creekstone Inn building. The rooms were clean & housekeeping kept us supplied with towels everyday. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning & also enjoyed feeding the wildlife between our building and the little pigeon river. Wildlife included: Woodchuck family, canadian geese, ducks, & pigeons. We saw a huge owl late one night in the trees too. Beds were comfy & the front desk were quick to respond to every request we made. We enjoyed swimming in their pool as well. We would gladly book again.

As part of an entertainment package we expected a lot better. This hotel is in drastic need of up dating along with it's neighboring area. Very run down dilapidated buildings. Very poor value for the price we paid.

"Outdated and Didn't Live Up to Expectations"
November 2018
This place is poorly signed, so finding it at night required a phone call (Google maps didn't help). The checkin guy was a little off-putting when I said we had a hard time finding the hotel, which is across the street from the check-in office. The "breakfast" eggs tasted like the powdered egg mix kind, which was also disappointed. Wifi was so-so. If I was to return, I'd choose a different hotel.

Is clean but old. Needs to be updated. Can't beat the balcony overlooking the River though. Had a fine time there but likely to choose a different hotel next time.

"Great choice"
October 2018
Great hotel in a great location! The hotel was very clean and had a very kind from desk staff. The hotel was always cleaned from the day before and the balcony was lovely! My husband and I loved feeding the ducks, geese, and pigeons every day! You could tell it was an older hotel, but that shouldn’t stop you from picking this great, great priced hotel!

Tip: The breakfast is great but limited gluten free options. The layout is a little odd in the hotel room and the bathroom is very small.

"Lovely Location, Great Breakfast, Free Tubing, Poor Wi-Fi"

I stayed here this last weekend from Saturday to Tuesday. The beds are really nice, and while my Mother and I were told the pillows were bad, they were actually good, at least in our room. The two beds are separated by the bathroom in between, and each bed has a TV to watch. The breakfast buffet has hot, made-by-you pancakes, a delicious buffet they serve (eggs, sausage, and spiced home fries), and stuff like cereal, grits, oatmeal, and even frozen waffles. There are ducks you can feed as well! I THINK there's a charge, but I may be wrong seeing my Mother and I didn't do it. I know the inn brags about helping you feed the ducks. They also have the Little River right behind it, and they give you tubes to ride down the river on! Just don't damage them, or you DO pay for it. If tubing isn't for you, the pool was the PERFECT relaxing temperature on the days my Mother and I went in. The day we got in, we even got a call from the Front Desk asking how we liked the room. The cleaning staff did an AMAZING job at keeping the room clean as well! My biggest gripe was that the Wi-Fi never seemed to work unless you used it LATE at night when most people were sleeping. I'd recommend for them to get more routers or something to more evenly divide amongst the many guests. If you're with somebody else and next to the door to the bathroom (which is next to the bed nearer the balcony), you could easily be kept awake if your roommate has to use bathroom a lot at night. My last niggle is that the elevator is really slow, and at peak times, you might be better off taking the stairs for breakfast if you can.

"Awesome 4th Vaca in Pigeon Forge"

We stayed July 4th weekend (our first time in Pigeon Forge) and glad we had booked the Creekstone Inn. The location of the Inn is right on the edge of town but still close to everything which is nice because this area is super packed especially where all the main attractions are near the Island! We got a room in the building on River Rd (#1229) first floor with a great view of the river! Wish it wasn't so hot outside or would have loved to leave the door open to hear the water rushing over the rocks in the river (just as nice as being oceanfront at the beach!) The room was nice and just enough space for our family of 4. The beds weren't the best but we didn't have any issues sleeping thru the night either. It was nice how the room was divided by the bathroom and had 2 tvs on both sides. I just wish there were 2 A/C units on both sides though as it wasn't the most efficient way to cool the room with just the one unit and the rooms divided like they were. So the people sleeping in the beds on the side near the balcony unfortunately don't get much air back their way. It did get cool enough during the night to sleep but maybe a ceiling fan might help with the issue & help circulate more air in that area. Room service always came while we were out for the day and left us fresh towels and more toiletries each time. We used the tubes provided by the Inn to go down the river a couple times - that was a lot of fun although the river was a little low so it made it difficult to get over the rocks. Breakfast area was nice but crowded with a lot of guests, although we didn't wait to long in line to get something (we did go at 930 when most people did as well since it closes at 10am) The ladies tending to the service were great and constantly restocking items and the food was good too. My son loved making the pancakes and getting his own "coffee" (from the machine either a cappuccino or hot chocolate!) Parking was adequate and we usually ended up with a spot near the steps to our room. Only 1 elevator but never rode it much but still didn't have to wait too long the times we did. Pool looked good but we never got in - kids had too much fun in the river and we were busy with all the activities Pigeon Forge has to offer....def recommend the alpine coasters! Also a tip if you go July 4th time - We had a great view of the fireworks show put on by the towns patriot festival and glad we decided to go back to the Inn and not stay at the Island with the 10,000 other people and have gotten stuck in all that traffic to get back home! We paid about $400 for the 3 nights but this was a prime holiday weekend. I think it was overall a good value for what we paid and would def stay here again especially looking around at the other hotels in the area. My son even said several times over the weekend he wants to move to Pigeon Forge since he loved it so much!

One of the two TVs in the room only displayed "No Signal". The floor lamp in the room had a burned out bulb. The Wifi was horrible! Out of the devices we tried to get to connect, we could only get one to connect. On the upside, the breakfast is really good and getting tubes from the office to float on the creek running beside the property is fun. Those two things don't make up for the experience though.

I would have given 4 stars but our room was hot. The A/C worked but the way the room is divided up, the airflow wasn’t good. They really need two A/C units. Other than that, I have no complaints. The staff was great, the room was clean and the free breakfast wasn’t bad.

The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. Our room was so clean and the beds were so comfortable! We love having the balcony, but had to be very careful while on it. We had our 17 month old granddaughter with us and she could fit right through the bars on the balcony. We really liked the location. It is within walking distance of everything! The only thing that could have been better was the bathroom. It was clean just a little small. Will be staying here again when we come back!
