The staff were friendly and efficient. Clean room. Great breakfast. Pool/hot tub great. Only complaint is that the electronic keys did not want to work very often and seemed to easily erase. Make sure u have two keys just in case. Will definitely use this hotel again!

"Great place to stay!"
June 2018
We stayed at the Comfort Inn while in town to visit Dollywood. We made reservation through Reseve Direct so we had a quick check in with no problems and the front desk people were very friendly. After we were in our room we received a call from the front desk checking to see if our room was to our liking and if we needed anything. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable, everything was nice and clean. Our favorite thing was each room had its own balcony and we enjoyed sitting out each morning enjoying the morning breeze and the Mountain View. We were in building B on the backside, I think we had a better view than from the frontside. A full breakfast was available in the morning, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, waffles it was a good choice and it all came with your room. We were very pleased and right in the center of all the entertainment. Across the street from Dixie Stampede and we drove down the street and rode the trolley to Dollywood. The trolley has free parking and cost fifty cents to ride. You have to pay to park at Dollywood. Comfort Inn has an indoor pool or you can use the outdoor pool shared with the other motel next door. A perfect place to stay. I was really worried booking online but it was great and so was Reserve Direct Pigeon Forge.

"First Vacation!"
March 2016
This was a great hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their complimentary breakfast and coffee was just what we needed while on vacation. It's always nice to have a good, warm sit down meal included in the price of your room. We stayed in a family sweet and it fit my husband, myself and our 6 children comfortably. We would definitely come back again. Also, the room was very clean and the linens were as well.

We stayed here for my birthday. Was very surprised how clean and friendly it was. It was nice to have a sink and microwave and fridge in our room. Their indoor pool could be a little warmer. Fantastic breakfast. Also great location.

The hotel is being renovated. The room we had was on the partially finished side as opposed to the completely finished wing. The amenities were provided although someone had failed to put up the bar to hang clothes on in the closet. Beds were very comfy and everything was spic and span clean. The room could have used a nice wing chair as the desk chair was not adequate for general seating. But then, the room was double queen, shotgun style so not lots of extra room. They do provide a good breakfast included with price of room. Best part of it all was location. It is in Kodak, not far from Bass Pro, Knife Works, and Krispy Kreme. Traffic was a nice four lane with easy traffic and the hotel has convenient parking.

The front desk service was great. The ladies were very cordial, friendly and professional. They made me feel at home with the welcome they gave me. The hotel is in the center of Pigeon Forge, with eateries and shops within walking distance. There is also a couple of trolley stops near the hotel as well, for convenience of riding the trolley. The overall stay was very good and I will stay again. Room Pro's: the room was a double queen, they were comfortable and cozy. We had a small safe, microwave, and refrigerator. We did not spend a lot of time in the room but it was a nice view from the stand up balcony. Room Cons: Nothing really bad about the room. We had a cracked tile in the shower).

Stayed 3 nights here and would not recommend staying here! Very close to Dollywood and short drive or tram ride to Gatlinburg. Building sits on major parkway with tons of traffic and right next door to a Denny’s where you have constant smells of cooking. The elevator sounds as though it my die while riding up or down. Housekeeping staff does a real nice job, and front desk people are just ok! Breakfasts are just ok if you like scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy and sausage every day? They do have a Mountain View from the balcony if you can see past all of the surrounding commercialization, not what was expected. Facility in dire need of renovation and update!

My husband and I stayed there Oct 17 and 18 and I would NEVER stay there again. The staff was extremely rude then, we went to the room, my husband booked a room with fireplace. It was broke!! The next day we came back to people climbing the balcony kids playing in the parking lot and kicking balls into cars and prarents Drunk !! Then they ran the halls wet and the carpet was wet!! But then the door knocking started till 4:00 am and trying to open the door!!! And when we checked out I asked if there was anything they could do and they said they made notes of everything. They promised to call me on Monday. (By the way when we checked out three other couples lodged the same or similar complaints). Called Roxie the Asst. Manager and she said they took care of the problem and the kids were in the room by 730 pm. She lied. We dodged them coming in that same night at 900 pm coming in from dinner. Her response were kids will be kids. Then she hung up on me. We have NEVER written a review like this but it was awful.
