The staff were friendly and efficient. Clean room. Great breakfast. Pool/hot tub great. Only complaint is that the electronic keys did not want to work very often and seemed to easily erase. Make sure u have two keys just in case. Will definitely use this hotel again!

"Great place to stay!"
June 2018
We stayed at the Comfort Inn while in town to visit Dollywood. We made reservation through Reseve Direct so we had a quick check in with no problems and the front desk people were very friendly. After we were in our room we received a call from the front desk checking to see if our room was to our liking and if we needed anything. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable, everything was nice and clean. Our favorite thing was each room had its own balcony and we enjoyed sitting out each morning enjoying the morning breeze and the Mountain View. We were in building B on the backside, I think we had a better view than from the frontside. A full breakfast was available in the morning, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, waffles it was a good choice and it all came with your room. We were very pleased and right in the center of all the entertainment. Across the street from Dixie Stampede and we drove down the street and rode the trolley to Dollywood. The trolley has free parking and cost fifty cents to ride. You have to pay to park at Dollywood. Comfort Inn has an indoor pool or you can use the outdoor pool shared with the other motel next door. A perfect place to stay. I was really worried booking online but it was great and so was Reserve Direct Pigeon Forge.

"First Vacation!"
March 2016
This was a great hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their complimentary breakfast and coffee was just what we needed while on vacation. It's always nice to have a good, warm sit down meal included in the price of your room. We stayed in a family sweet and it fit my husband, myself and our 6 children comfortably. We would definitely come back again. Also, the room was very clean and the linens were as well.

We checked in went to room. Within one hour the refrigerator was not cooling, the carpet left our socks black. Spoke with front desk and they had housekeeping vacuum the floors again. Than the microwave burned everything we put in it. The toilet seat was loose. Maintenance checked the refrigerator and said that model goes into defrost cycle but it defrosted every couple of hours, they tightened the toilet seat and it was loose when we left. They also charged us 1.50 per night for a safe we didn’t ask for.

We had a great stay here. Room very clean and roomy. Small fridge with a freezer that actually froze our stuff! Microwave, coffeemaker, small sink. Huge bathroom. Our only complaint was the bed. Very soft but We like a firm mattress. Staff great and very friendly. Two pools, in or out. We did not eat at the breakfast just because there are so many good places in PF to go to! Within walking distance of several. We would stay here again!

We’re only a few hours away so by the time we decided to stay the night, rooms were limited. I chose this hotel because we have three teenagers and honestly it was the only one available with two queens and a sofa bed. Ratings on both trip advisor and hotels.com were excellent so I was hopeful. I’m honestly questioning the integrity of both websites after this stay. We were placed directly across from the elevator and ice machine, normally not a big deal except the walls are paper thin and we heard everyone’s comings and goings all night long. The room itself was moderately clean but the bathroom floor needed some major help. Pleasantly surprised there were no bugs. Breakfast was terrible as well. Not enough seating so we had to take our plates back to the room. Two bites and I resorted to eating fudge and chips we’d had leftover from snacks. Never again. I will drive the three hours home and take my chances falling asleep at the wheel first.

We found this room on a spare of the moment & was very pleased with our stay! We had room 330 & it had a fireplace which is summer are turned off but nice to look at. The bed was a long & very comfy. Bathroom was very large with a jetted tub. Ladies in the front desk were super nice. We had a beautiful view & enjoyed some FIREWORKS shooting off. I'm so glad we found this gem! We will stay again.

We stayed Aug 3-4. We have stayed their a few other times with no issues but not this time. When we checked in on Saturday there was a pair of swimming trunks laying on the balcony I didn't think anything about it. Well that all changed about 1:00am I hear someone beating on my door. I get up and its some guys wanting the trunks back. I tell them no that I would give them back in the morning because my kids was asleep and I was not opening the door for some complete stranger. He then starts cussing me out. I call the front desk and she just says I'll come up and check it out. After a few minutes they start calling our room wanting the shorts I tell them no again and hang up. We went down to breakfast and was gone about 30 minutes, when we come back our balcony door was open and it was closed when we left. Come to find out housekeeping went in the room to get the swimming trunks even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. I complained and all I got was I'm sorry. It was a horrible stay and we will not be back. Also breakfast room is small so don't plan on getting a seat if you go around 9:00. We had to stand and eat our breakfast! Horrible stay!!
