Tip: It is difficult to see out of the west side of the building because the lines for the glass walkout windows were so long. Would suggest that they put glass walkout windows on every side to lessen the lines and make it available to more people as the lines are so long it isn't worth it to wait.

Went on a cloudy day but could still see far into the lake and the surrounding Chicago area and suburbs. Wait time for ledge was long for a Monday morning aforementioned weather.

This is an amazing place to visit when in Chicago. We did an early bird visit and were able to be only 2 of 7 people on the floor and it was fabulous. When leaving there were already busloads of people in line to get in. The views are great although the weather was not clear that day but still worth it.

We went on a weekday and finished it in under 40 minutes. There was no line to get up to 103rd floor. They give you 60-90 seconds on the sky deck to click pictures. You could spend time on 103rd looking around the city.

Even though it was crowded, I felt that is was well-organized and the information that you learned on the way up, was interesting. The views were amazing. I took a group of students and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They took our group picture and when we went to buy it, the pics were horrible. However, they made it up to us and were extremely courteous and generous.
