Overall a decent experience, we got lucky as we went right around closing time, if you are less than a group of three you get only 60 seconds to get your pictures which is highly impossible to get all the pictures you want, we went again in the line to get more pictures, as it it already 9:00pm and it wasn’t crowded we had a full ledge for free so we got extra tickets

Tip: Try to get around the closing time or right after they open if you want good pictures

We arrived shortly after they opened on a Friday and did not have to spend much time waiting in line. If you buy your voucher online you are able to bypass the line to buy to pick up your tickets. The views from the top were spectacular and it was nice that they had a gift shop on top and on the main level. The wait for the ledge was a little longer and you only get a short amount of time to enjoy the view, but the staff is friendly, helpful, and ready to take photos for you!

Tip: Get there early to avoid a long wait to get to the top and to the ledge.

Tripster website was simple and quick booking. Loved the experience at Skydeck Chicago, beautiful view and we went twice on the ledge to have the best pictures, different poses with only 60seconds on the ledge for each family.
I would definitely recommend Skydeck Chicago as part of the Chicago trip. Enjoy guys

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. the view from above is absolutely stunning. You can get a 360-degree view of the entire city and even some of the outskirts. And best of all, there is a glass box that suspends from the tower into the middle of nowhere. You can stand on the glass box appreciating mankind's ability to defy laws of gravitation. You will remember this trip forever till your last breath.

"Great view of Chicago"
August 2019
Excellent views from the top of the Willis Tower. It had been about thirty years since I last visited Chicago and I made sure to take my daughter to see the beautiful views from the 103rd floor of the Willis (old Sears) Tower. We did visit on the weekend of Lollapalooza so it was very packed. We spent about three hours total in order to get to the top. But it was well worth it. Recommend this and you won't regret it. Hope you enjoy it. Thanks to Tripster for the discounts.

Tip: Make sure that you download your tickets on your phone prior to getting to the Willis tower. Internet connection and the Wifi there is very unpredictable.

Awesome experience! Amazing views! The line was about 20 minutes down stairs and another wait of 20 minutes or so for the ledge so plan for 1 hour to 1.5 hours for your visit. This is totally worth the wait. The view at night is supposed to be wonderful as well.

This was the second time that i have been to the Skydeck. Really great views as always. Sunset was really mice the evening we were there. Just beware it can be a long wait to get on the ledge for a short time. There's a attendant who let's groups on the ledge and you only have a short time to stay there. This was my second and last time to do this. The wait was too long for the samething.

Beautiful experience, the view is the most beautiful I have ever seen. I was a little scared to take the picture in the glass balcony but I did it. It is not as scary as it seems. If you are scared of heights you should still go. it is not scary at all.

Loved being on the ledge although a bit freaking. Line up was not too bad. The ticket allowed you to go to the ledge. They give you a minute to take your own picture as well as they take one for you. You get to see the whole view of Chicago. But you don’t see the bean structure.

1 Hour wait to get to the top. 45 minute wait to get back down again. Yes the views are great and a good but short experience of standing out on the glass box is essential but the John Hancock Lounge on the 96th Floor is so much better if you want to take in the vista over a drink in a relaxing atmosphere.
