Great hotel, staff and location. Very clean, no problems at all. I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the sitting room portion of the suite doesn't feel cozy or welcoming. The decorations & furniture is very sparse for the room size & couch isn't comfortable enough to want to sit on and watch TV .

Stayed for two nights as part of the organized tour. All good. Prime location only one or two blocks away from Magnificent Mile. Easy walk to everything. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Staff are courteous. No complaints. It’s a Marriott hotel. What can you say? It’s a very reputable brand.

This time I booked this hotel in Chicago Downtown as I wanted to stay close to my office. Location was very good and staffs were also friendly. This Hotel has Gym and Pool on 10th floor. Room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. There were small fridge and LCD TV in the room. Only thing was missing Microwave. To use the lift you need to have room keys. It was bit pricey on first 2 days of my stay but over all I paid avg 290$/day. There are lots of restaurant near by including Indian Garden.

I travel extensively on business and stay in hotels for around 100 nights per year, and so I tend not to have time to review unless extremely worthy - or I feel I should share an experience that wasn't pleasant. I wanted to take a few moments to leave a review for this hotel since it was an exceptional stay from start to finish. I reached out to hotel management in advance to help me with a couple of queries and was immediately answered. For the stay itself, every single member of the team I encountered from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left, was superbly friendly and helpful. I really felt that they wanted me there and wanted me to be happy. The room itself was spotlessly clean, great shower and amenities. I only used the bar once and it was great - good quality drinks and efficient service. Special thanks to Karen for looking at my advance request, Jon for checking me into the best room suitable for me, and Joseph for a friendly check-out. What a team! All in all a really great stay and I've already recommended this place.

If you have a dust mite allergy - beware. Although the rooms themselves are not dusty, the beds are definitely full of dust mites. While the hotel location is convenient to Mag Mile, there is no peace and quiet. There are sirens on the street going off several times an hour all throughout the day/night that will disrupt you even on a high floor. You can also hear everything in the corridors - ranging from walking to other guests being loud at late hours to deciding the corridor is a good location for a large group hang out.
