Going to 360 Chicago during the week was an excellent idea! We did not have to wait in line and the view of the skyline was beautiful! I have lived near Chicago my whole life and never experienced anything like this! The staff was friendly and the drink at the bar were reasonable and delicious!

November 2018
I used my international card to buy the tickets but, after the purchase, I received an email that I should call to Reserver Chicago center in order to confirm my identity. It was a trouble.

"Great online prices."
September 2018
The reason I choose to book the tickets form here is great online price. You get the vouchers on the email and they can be redeemed any time at the counter. Sometimes ticket windows close due to rush but if you have a voucher they provide you tickets instantly and you are good to go. This part was great as I visited on Labor Day weekend.

Tip: This is not a fast pass and only voucher. You have to collect the tickets from counter

"Way too expensive for eeehhhh nothing!"
September 2018
You pay a hundred dollars to see the city from a building of which there are many more. Nothing is included, no drinks, not the pictures of 25 usd , nor the window that tilts 8 usd. Ridiculous. Save your money and go to a top floor for free somewhere else

We have friends living in Chicago and when we told them we were going to the 360 Observation deck they recommended we go to the Signature Lounge instead (can't beat a local's tip - no you can't). It's in the same building, same great views, but why not grab a table and enjoy a cocktail or beer for the same amount of money as going to the 360 deck? Wait for a table by the window and you are good to go! Hope this was helpful to all you travelers out there.

Arrived mid morning, no queuing, ear popping trip to the 94th floor. Fantastic views all round with the best views of the lake possible, I could see the curvature of the earth but not the opposite shore.
