I used my international card to buy the tickets but, after the purchase, I received an email that I should call to Reserver Chicago center in order to confirm my identity. It was a trouble.

"Great online prices."
September 2018
The reason I choose to book the tickets form here is great online price. You get the vouchers on the email and they can be redeemed any time at the counter. Sometimes ticket windows close due to rush but if you have a voucher they provide you tickets instantly and you are good to go. This part was great as I visited on Labor Day weekend.

Tip: This is not a fast pass and only voucher. You have to collect the tickets from counter

"Way too expensive for eeehhhh nothing!"
September 2018
You pay a hundred dollars to see the city from a building of which there are many more. Nothing is included, no drinks, not the pictures of 25 usd , nor the window that tilts 8 usd. Ridiculous. Save your money and go to a top floor for free somewhere else

We wouldn't have missed seeing the city from the tower. We went late in the day to see both day and night time views. There was a long line for the tilt, but we didn't plan to do it anyway. Nice gift shop too. Our 16 year old granddaughter had never been up this high before and enjoyed the views. We were not disappointed in this experience!

"Nice Experience!"

My son's girlfriend said I had to give this a rating of "excellent." I was torn between that and "very good." Being a teacher, we used to take groups of 6th graders to this observatory. They used to have headsets that you used to explain what you were looking at in the different parts of the city. I was sad to see they didn't do this any longer. We did get a good deal through Groupon. We got a Sun and Stars ticket for $18. This would have allowed us to visit two times, once at night and once during the day. We only made it there at night since we were only in Chicago for a short time. The view was excellent. We did not opt for the extra cost of the "tilt." They had changed the layout a bit since I had been there last and one corner was completely taken up by a bar/coffee area. It was a nice experience and not busy since we visited in the evening on a Thursday. It was cheaper to visit here than the Willis Tower and so that was nice too. Overall, a good experience.

What can 360 Observation Deck offer? First and foremost - awesome views of Chicago downtown and the lake Michigan. There is an interesting attraction called TILT - a platform that slowly leans outside to up to 30 degrees providing unique view at streets and even floors below. It’s totally safe and isn’t very physically challenging. There is also a terrace without glasses, where you can feel the weather 1000 feet above the street. The terrace has a protective grid. There are also some cafe/bar stands on the floor. The only minus I’ve encountered during the visit was quite a long line to get up - around 40 minutes, if I recall correctly. But while you wait you can watch curious videos about Chicago history and neighborhoods. And at the moment you finally get up and look outside you understand it was well worth the wait.

We asked a few locals (mainly bartenders and servers!) which off the two "tower views" was better... They all picked Chicago 360 aka John Hancock. You'll find it near to Magnificent Mile. There a small bar at the top to enjoy a drink and the view. We walked from Navy Pier and along the Lakeshore to get there, doesn't take long and you'll see a bit of the west side.
