"Kids Love It!"

Obstacle courses, trampoline basketball, rock climbing, dodge ball, etc. There are lockers for your things and bins for your shoes. My son loved it here. We went first thing when it opened on a school day (we were there from out of state, and our school schedule was different) so had the place pretty much to ourselves, which made it even more fun for my kiddo. Even if it was crowded, I can see how it would be a blast for the kids. I recommend this for a place to spend time on your vacation if you have children of any age along.

"Daughters Birthday- good but"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed December 08, 2019
Had my daughters birthday there today. The kids really enjoyed all of the activities (trampolines, rock climbing, dodge ball, etc). we got the birthday package which included a private room with pizza and soda. Pizza was good and the server was nice and efficient. However we were pretty upset once we arrived. We were asked to show up early since we were hosting the party. We unpacked my three children, party favors, and cake. When we tried to enter we were told we couldn’t because there was a private party. It was raining, windy and about forty degrees. We expressed our frustration but none of the staff seemed too concerned. Keep in mind my children are shivering..including my 3 month old. Our party was to begin at 1:00 and we arrived at 12:45, it wasn’t like we arrived hour early or something. My wife demanded to go inside and speak with a manager. The manager said there wasn’t much he could do. She let him know we paid good money for our party and we were told to arrive early. He then said we can stand between the two automatic door (think grocery store entrance). Did allow us to walk in at precisely 1:00. Then it took 15-20 minutes to get everyone checked in which cut into our time. Not a good policy considering there was plenty of area to wait that would not interfere with the play area. Children had a good time but this started our visit on a sour note. In addition, we had to blow up our own balloons by mouth considering they were out of helium or any full balloons.

We had both a 10 year old and 17 year old that had a great time at the Rockin Jump. Originally, it was not the type of place we had thought of visiting while on vacation, but it is worth a visit especially if you have a bad weather day. For those adults waiting around, there are chairs with several large televisions to keep you entertained, as well as massage chairs available for a fee. There is also a snack bar should you get hungry while visiting. Wednesday was a great day to visit as you pay for one hour and get a second for free. However, our girls tired out after an hour and a half. It would be more fun if you have a group larger than just two people.
