Only stayed one night. The staff were friendly, room was clean. Would stay here again

Tip: No direct access from parking deck to hotel. Spaces are small and challenging for large truck

Requested Extra Towels Monday PM.. front desk said " The security will delivery" till next early Tuesday AM called again … took 2-3 Hrs. No Microwave in the room. It's not convenience to heat your food at the end of the Hall. 3 Kids (6, 12, 14) doesn't fit in a bed … nothing to accommodate. one of my kid neck got stiff due to uncomfortable sleepy...1 have to end up sleeping on the floor.

Tip: if it more than 4ppls ( may have to get 2 rooms)... everything you need have to be appear at the front desk. Can't request to your toom.

We traveled to MB to celebrate our daughters 9th birthday. We were pleased with the room and amenities. Our 11th floor room had a view of the ocean that our daughter loved. We enjoyed out trip and plan on returning.

Tip: Lots of restaurants and things to do,

The hotel was beautiful. Beautiful room, modern amenities, great room service, and fabulous fitness area (my husband loved it!). My gripe was with the fact that the room was not handicap accessible, per my request. That was a major bump in our enjoyment. The hotel could not move us to another room. :-(

We stayed here Labor Day weekend and had a great time! The room was clean and had a decent view. The pool wasn’t great, but we would rather go to the beach anyways. Overall, had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
