"Worth it - Benjy was amazing."

Very easy to purchase tickets. There are offers out there so if you're planning on doing a lot look into it. We knew we were just doing the tour. Our guide, Benjy was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He made the chilly weather worth it. The only downside we found was it is advertised as on and off tour but we asked prior to leaving and was told that is not the case. We still enjoyed the tour, having only stayed the long weekend it fit perfectly into the few days we stayed and was liked by everyone in out party. There was us and another family on the tour so it was not crowed but I think the temperatures played a part of that as we got the 1st tour of the day which is 10:00.

This is my 4th tour with Benji. He is amazing. I learn something new every visit. My husband usually don't do reviews but he enjoyed Benji and the information he had given us.

"Fantastic opportunity to see lots of historical spots at a great price with great tour guides!"

Husband and I took my history buff son for a tour while he’s in town visiting us for Christmas/NY, we had Benjy as our guide and we enjoyed every minute! Well- almost every minute! Benjy had to request a group of guests turn off their LOUD music and then later ask them to keep their conversation a little more private so the rest of the train could hear him give the tour. Seriously people - don’t pay your money to ride the train with a boom box blasting and chatting at high volume- do that in the park, your own car, beach, ANYWHERE but someplace people have paid to hear someone that *isn’t* you! I don’t think I should have to say that but here we are! 😵‍💫 Benjy was GREAT fun, super informative, full of fun facts and an occasional Dad joke 😉 We’ve done the Red Train Tour before but never gone down Aviles St, past Peace Pies… now I have to come back and go get an ice cream sandwich 🤤 what a gorgeous little street that is! We didn’t even know it was there! We will definitely be back in the spring with more friends and family guests- hope to catch a day when Benjy is driving again!

"Fun & engaging tour - even my mom loved it!"

The Red Train Tour with Benji was hands-down the best tour we’ve ever done. I learned a ton and laughed the entire time. Benji’s humor was sharp, engaging, and absolutely not your average tour-guide style. We passed several other tour groups along the way, and I’m pretty sure they were jealous of how much fun we were having. If you want to actually learn while having fun, this is the tour to take. Even my mom—who usually doesn’t like tours—loved it. We paired it with the Ripley’s Museum, which worked out perfectly. Parking was easy, and it was simple to do both attractions in the same afternoon.
