"Not worth it"

Wanted to love this hotel but…. Rooms are nice bathrooms are renovated … cleaners never cleaned … was told they had 60 turnovers and couldn’t do it.. GM had maintenance do it and they did do a great job. Bartender is amazing! Really awesome! Desk girl with red hair last evening was inviting, helpful, and friendly BUT the other 2 need a lot of hospitality training. Rude unhelpful tried overcharging for parking. GM could do a much better job communicating and following up. Pool needs maintenance and all new furniture… it’s broken and rusty. Location is great but wouldn’t stay again. Would visit the bar again just for the bartender.

"Hotel Needs a facelift - and stick it to you on parking"

Hotel needs a facelift, several things in my room did not work- one thing that is concerning is that they charge $25 a day for parking- So when you book the room there whatever the price is, you cannot stay there for that price since they do no let you know about parking fees, unless you read the fine print on the property- so if you are driving and on a budget there are Hampton Inn's close by- I would not stay there again, this does not keep up the high standards of other Doubletree's -

"Perfect Stay"

Location is perfect. Across the street from Our Lady of La Leche. Walking distance to Old Town. The trolley drives by. Went with my daughter. Room is a nice size, beds were comfortable. Bathroom is big, has all the amenities. There's a mini fridge, iron. Very clean. Lobby is also nice, they have coffee and water. There's a gym, restaurant and bar. Free wi-fi. Parking is extra. Will definitely stay there again.
