Description

from Pearl Harbor-USS Arizona-Honolulu City Tour
This unforgettable tour begins with a visit to the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center & Museum commemorating the victims of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, December 7th, 1941. The visitor exhibits provide historic details about the attack and memorialize the hundreds of American servicemen entombed in the sunken battleship underneath the site.

Next, you’ll visit Punchbowl National Cemetery, the final resting place for those who died in service to their country. The beauty and serenity of the cemetery’s rolling green hills and lush foliage offer a backdrop for quiet reflection and contemplation.

The final stage of this journey is a narrated tour of downtown Honolulu. You’ll see the impressive state buildings and churches. You’ll also see Iolani Palace, the only Royal Palace on American soil, as well as a majestic statue of King Kamehameha, the great Hawaiian warrior king who united the Islands.

Children under the age of 4 are free and must be seated on an adult's lap. If you require a seat for a child under 4, please purchase a child's admission.

NOTE:
Pearl Harbor is an active military base, therefore a "no bag" policy exists on location, prohibiting purses, handbags, fanny packs, backpacks, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage and/or other items that offer concealment. Koko was out tour guide. He told about the history of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii and about the other stops (Punch Bowl and downtown). He set the foundation for our entire stay on the island - tremendous knowledge and insight.

The Bowfin submarine can be added to Pearl Harbor if you want. Be in the first group to see the movie.

What a waste of time and money. It was a 10am departure time and at 10.50 we were still driving around the block picking up different guests from hotels. It takes FOREVER. The bus gets packed - limited return times and the bus is freezing. It is the cheapest option but for the time you lose I suggest you catching an Uber for $37. Roberts Hawaii was a real nuisance.

"I cannot recommend this Company"

I absolutely cannot recommend Roberts Hawaii. We took two Tours with them “The Grand Circle Island Tour” and “ Captain Bob’s Snorkel Cruise”. The Grand Circle Island Tour guide, Felix, was nice and entertaining. Unfortunately almost all of his facts about the Island and surroundings where incorrect. After a few comments and places he pointed out to us, my husband and I were very impressed by his knowledge, but after one “fact” that he stated that my husband knew to be incorrect, we started to google and research everything he had told us, and about 90% of what he told us, was incorrect. At some of the stops we only had 10 minutes to take pictures, of course other tour busses and tons of people where at the same spot which made it hard to snap a decent picture in such insufficient time. One of the stops we missed completely, but then had a 1 hour stop at the Dole plantation which wasn’t enough time for a tour, but too much time to spend at the big store full of Dole stuff and food. I was extremely disappointed in the second Tour “Captain Bob’s Snorkel Cruise” as the description of it stated: “with a maximum of 48 passengers on board...” Well, what they don’t tell you is, that two boats are heading out to the Sandbar together, which means you may snorkel with approximately 96 other people. We got “lucky” and only had a group of 85 people. We got out at the Sandbar, and swam passed literal human feces floating around, and there were people everywhere! A lot of them where not able to swim but tried it anyway. It was absolutely ridiculous. We got hit in the face with fins by people swimming in a huge circle around the reef. It felt like rush hour in downtown New York City. At the end of the day, the Staff of both tours where nice but it was an absolute waste of money. I definitely recommend seeing the places on both tours, but find a different way to get there.

"Group Booking Experience"

I was trying to book an Group Bus to pick up people from the airport, and their processes don't make sense. You have to give a non-refundable 50% deposit down before they can even check for availability. In my situation I needed transportation for 500 people, which is likely they don't have availability for what I needed. So I am supposed to give them hundreds of dollars that isn't refunded to be told that they don't have availability for me? They need a better process to even check if large group is a possibility. Unfair and not customer friendly.
