Usually when I stay at the prince it’s a delight, I booked last minute but the first room the phone was not working and lots of sneezing due to dust, also the ceiling had skid marks , so they upgraded me to a room on the ocean front of the 18th floor. That room was clean phone worked and beautiful up until the late night after 2 am lots of paranormal activity , I heard rustling of my things multiple times and my locked phone played the pandora music app at exactly 3:30 am . Hard time sleeping due to the noise. Over all I would recommend staying at this beautiful property everyone was friendly and the hotel overall was clean

We usually stay at the Kalii or Alii tower at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We always enjoyed the seafood buffet at Prince Waikīkī so, we decided to give Prince a try. We had intended to book a harbour view room for 7 nights. Upon checking in the reception informed us that we couldn’t stay in the same room for the last night because our room was sold to another party. Forced to book at higher rate for the 7th. Last night of our stay we have to move to “Ocean view” room which turned out to be dirty parking lot view where one has to crank your neck to glimpse at the ocean. After we showed front desk the charge for this new room they sheepishly reduced the upcharge demand to move back to Harbor view. Small cramped gym, under whelming spa facility. Staff unwilling to replace dented aluminum water bottle without additional charge. Truly disappointing.

"Great hotel in a great location"

This was a wonderful hotel with friendly staff. We enjoyed having cocktails in the 'adults only' infinity pool every evening watching the sunset over the beach before dinner every night (a big plus if you want couple time without kids splashing you), the buffet breakfast was great with lots of options, we loved how close we were to beaches, the mall, shops & take-away. There was a coffee shop in the lobby with snacks which was handy. Not having a balcony was a negative but we weren't in our room much and the window opened up to our amazing view. We were also able to get cheap parking on the wharf each day for $1 an hour which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend staying here if you want to stay at Waikiki and as it is at the end of the strip, it is a lot more quieter but still walking distance to things.

My wife and I enjoyed a really great stay at a great hotel. The Prince's staff and general energy were fantastic. The restaurants and pool were inviting and refreshing. The location on the west end of Waikiki near Ala Moana/Ala Wai Yacht Harbor meant pretty low traffic, and less noise. We look forward to returning. Many mahalos!

"Never ending ALOHA."

The end to end experience with the Prince Waikiki staff is filled with Aloha: kindness, compassion, attention to detail, always seeking ways to enhance every bit of the experience during our stay. The location is wonderful; not in the hustle and bustle of the heart of Waikiki, but super accessible to other points of interest. From check-in to check-out, everything was a 5-star quality. Mahalo to all!
