Had amazing experience with Nancy P at the Hilton Hawaii Village during check-in today. She was so accommodating and ready to ensure I had the best experience in my upcoming stay. She updated a problem in the database to reflect my current status at . And then she want the extra yard to get me an upgrade for which I greatly appreciate it. If you’re checking in at Hilton Village, hopefully Nancy P will be the one that helps you.

Spent 7 nights in a room in the Rainbow Tower. Our room faced the ocean/lagoon which was nice to just sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery. Our housekeeper, Marylou, kept the room fresh and tidy.

We had an amazing time! The resort is in the middle of everything! The pools were awesome the staff amazing and friendly! We stayed in the Ali'i tower and our housekeeper Cristina was amazing very friendly and kept us well stocked and room super clean! The coffee was great all over the resort but making it in your room was just as good! The entertainment around the resort was great! I do wish that there was a grill on site that was open later when we arrived around 10pm everything was closed or just closing by the time we shook off the airplane dust and headed out for something to eat. We will definitely try and get back here for sure!
