Everything was wonderful! The employees were kind & knowledgeable on the labyrinth that one would have to navigate. More particularly the way to & from the parking garage. Our route was from the Kalia tower, taking the elevator to the second floor. Which landed you at the conference & ball rooms. It’s confusing due to the fact that the area was considered the 6th floor. The last day (out of 3) we finally nailed down the route! This is to no detriment to our over all stay!
