Clair S and Hye Young at the front desk were beyond excellent! If I could give 5+ stars I would. They assisted us in checking in, showing us to our room, and booking a spa treatment. Even though the hotel was busy, we never felt rushed. Mahalo!

While in the business trip we manage to escape in the most clean and quiet place in Buenavista Quezon. The staff were nice and friendly. We were checked most of the time if we need something and if we were comfortable. The food was served fresh and tasty. I will visit again on our next trip in the Philippines.

Location is excellent but the rooms are super dated, the staff is ok but not very welcoming, unfortunately, this was throughout the property. The drinks were super expensive, $23 and an additional $12-14 if you wanted it in a pineapple. The ABC store was excellent if you wanted some tasty and affordable sushi. Go there! I think if the rooms were a bit sharper, the prices could be justified. The pools were fun for our children, the rentals at the pool were also quite expensive, we rented a water truck for $75 per hour. 😂 They do offer hula, yoga and other classes in the AM, those were fun but you are given cards at check-in that you need to attend the class, so don't forget to bring it or they will make head to your room and grab the card. The elevators were broken or slow or both during our stay, so getting from the 18th floor down was quite a chore on three mornings.

My housekeeper, Dominga was excellent. I was in the Kalia tower. The room was exceptionally clean. I was working a night shift, and she was able to adjust her cleaning schedule to accommodate my being asleep during the day. This made a big difference for n my stay.
