Other reviews detail the need for a refresh for the rooms and the lack of quality with many of the amenities, so I will not go into detail on that. My warning for this hotel is to triple check your bill. My folio was so complicated, that I was not able to figure out the charges to put in for reimbursement with my employer. I asked for a Folio that separated food/drink from hotel stay. The hotel refused saying it was impossible. I had to escalate to Hilton corporate to get the hotel to create separate folios. Once it was separates, two major issues were clear. First of all, they had double charged me for the resort fees. After a few emails, that charge was credited back to my card. On a more concerning note, my card had been charged twice - once for all charges including room/food/drink and a separate charge for just food/drink. When I asked the hotel to correct this, they claimed they could not see the second charge for food/drink in their system. I ended up having to ask my credit card company to reverse that charge. At least the hotel did not challenge that reversal. Their billing practices are obviously sketchy and you should triple check your bill. This experience has ended my relationship with Hilton and I am going back to Marriot only.

Family had a great breakfast at the Tropics Bar & Grill. Lisa was an attentive server. She help fill water bottles and brought us ice tea to go. Food was delicious we had the Hawaiian roll French toast, ube pancakes , Hawaiian Benedict, Açaí bowl.
