"Great place to stay"

Spent 6 nights at the Kapolei Embassy Suites (Room 729). Check in was flawless, and I must say during the entire stay the employees were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area with the exception of being under the airports flight path, although while in the room you could not hear the landing planes. The complimentary breakfast each morning was outstanding. Once again, the staff were exceptional, and the food was two steps above your normal free breakfast fair. The room was large, with two huge tv's, one in a sitting room, and one in the bedroom. The bathroom was also large, clean, and well stocked. At first, I thought the beds were uncomfortable, but I slept well all 6 nights. I had a lanai which faced Diamond Head and the sunrise, which was a huge bonus. Small kitchen area had a microwave and small fridge. Nice work out area on the mezzanine, and a small pool outside the building. The hot tub wasn't working the 6 days, but the pool was sufficient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is well staffed. Chanelle, Marylou, Tierra, and many more. From the front desk to springs grill excellent service. Ladda is great too. Room was comfortable and the shower amazing. Breakfast offered options and an omelette station. Everyone there deserves a shout out.

"Great hotel and location"

Nice clean hotel with spacious suite and bathroom. My only wish is that the bathroom add a towel rack for hanging extra towels and washcloths . The breakfast had a good selection of food but beware it can get crowded at first opening especially when there’s a big group of military folks trying to ship out. We ate dinner at Sprigs Grille and enjoyed our meal.

"The cleaner stole our iPhone charger and forgot to clean our room"

We had a brand new iPhone charger stolen from our room today while we were out. I reported it to reception but they said there was nothing they could do. It was clearly stolen by a member of the cleaning staff during daily cleaning. They didn’t do a good job at cleaning - they left used towels and bath mat and didn’t put any new ones in; they made the beds but didn’t replace the sheets with fresh sheets. And then to add insult to injury they made off with our iPhone charger. Thanks guys. Great job. I will report to the police in the morning.

Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Nice, quiet area. Beds are comfy. Front desk staff are very friendly. Evening reception is minimal. Haven't tried dinner yet but the menu looks good. Small pool. Airport shuttle would be nice. All in all - a good place to stay.
