Raylina was especially kind and welcoming — always greeting me with a smile and special greetings every day she worked made me forget of my extended hotel hotel Stay during this rainy season. Raylina truly made my stay feel special. Mahalo to Raylina and the whole staff!

We have been staying at the Embassy Suites for the past few weeks as we are moving to the island due to work relocation, and the staff has been so wonderful, especially Raylina. She has been very warm and welcoming while we transition to the island and we are unbelievably grateful for her kindness. We definitely recommend the hotel for anyone visiting or moving to and from the island. It has been a great experience so far.
