Description

from Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament Orlando
Medieval Times is more than the nation's #1 and longest running dinner attraction - it's a living link to the past where the glory, chivalry and valor of old burst to life in authentic pageantry and thrilling tournament action.

While guests enjoy a hearty four-course medieval-style banquet (without silverware), six brave knights compete in games of skill astride magnificent Andalusian stallions. Lances splinter against shields of steel, broad swords spark and a champion emerges, to the cheers of the enthusiastic crowd. The spectacle unfolds nightly inside a fully enclosed European-style castle.

The Feast:
The menu at Medieval Times consists of garlic bread, tomato bisque soup, roasted chicken, sweet buttered corn, herb-basted potatoes, the pastry of the Castle, coffee and two rounds of select beverages. A vegetarian meal is available upon request.

In addition, our cocktail servers will be making the rounds and are happy to deliver any spirits from the bar that you request for an additional fee.

*Plan to arrive early, seating is first come first serve and to obtain the best seats and castle doors open 75 minutes prior to show time.*

Allergy/Strobe Warning: Medieval Times is a live horse show in an enclosed arena. Persons with respiratory conditions, allergies, or asthma attend at their own risk. Medieval Times uses stroboscopic and pyrotechnic effects.

"An evening to Remember"
March 2018
Three family members plus myself visited the Medieval Dinner Theater for the first time. We were truly impressed with the Village, the lounge area with gifts, the entry into the Arena, the authenticity of the Medieval Jousting reenactment taking place while we ate a very well organized and delicious dinner. Overall it was very well presented and organized. Thank you for a very enjoyable evening. We will definitely return again.

"An evening to share and remember"
July 2016
My family members, ten in all, ages 6 - 76, enjoyed everything about Medieval Times Orlando. We all got into the rolls of supporters of our Knights and their challenges. The noise level added to the feeling of authenticity. The food and service was outstanding. Even being escorted into the arena was a joy. Although we didn't have a chance to visit the village before the event. This will give us something to look forward to next time we go. It was well worth it, but allow time to immerse yourself in the whole experience.

Booked This on a whim and didnt know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised though. The castle is clean and tidy, with a large congregation area and bar. The show started bang on time and was very entertaining. Lasted about 90 minutes and never got boring. The food was good and came out hot, no complaints there. It was just what youd call basket food. Soup, chicken on the bone, garlic bread, potato, sweetcorn on the cob and ice cream. I must say the waitreses work so hard throughout the show and deserve a big mention. They certainly make sure the evening goes smoothly. I can recommend this show to anyone just wanting a good evening out and doing something a bit different.

Matt C was a wonderfully attentive server. I enjoyed the soup, chicken and tea immensely. He was very attentive to my gluten free needs and was very nice to my kiddo. However, my 4.5 year old didn’t eat ANYTHING so I wish they could sneak chicken nuggets to them. I loved the horses and the skilled knights. Enjoyed myself so much! I wish they could have let you buy the second candid picture at a discounted price so I’d wait until you see both photos (the one taken as you walk in and the one they take after you are seated) before you decide to buy one. I highly recommend going here especially for adults or big groups. May want to consider carefully if your small child is able to sit through this entire show.

"'Are you not entertained?'"

To be honest I have very mixed feelings about this attraction. Our evening was to celebrate a family members birthday so we wanted to really enjoy the evening. We booked front seats and bought flags etc., making an expensive family evening. The show was as expected, entertaining and enjoyable to watch. The dinner however was a big letdown and certainly not royal dining. A piece of chicken, some potato and corn, or whatever it was. We should have had, at minimum, been given some huge drumstick, such as found in the theme parks. I've had a better meal from the cheap take-away chains. Good show, poor dining.

Even though we’ve been to Orlando many times we’d never taken the opportunity to try the medieval times dinner show and tournament. We’re so glad we did! It was great fun for all of the family, friendly staff, beautiful animals that you can tell are lovingly cared for and even great food! We upgraded to royalty which got us first row seating and we had a fantastic centre stage view. Definitely recommend, and especially if you have boys in the family!

"Fun birthday"

My son wanted to come here for his 10th birthday. We all had a great time! The food was delicious and the entertainment was great. I’m glad I didn’t pay extra to have his name read out for his birthday because like 30 other people did too. It was a never ending list of birthday names. I would totally recommend going for a fun family night out.
