Accommodations range from cozy mini-suites to two-bedroom deluxe units that sleep up to ten guests. Each suite offers practical touches like kitchenettes or full kitchens, ideal for families and longer stays. Guests enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, 24-hour front desk support, and optional pet-friendly units.

Four outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a game room provide on-site entertainment, while EV charging stations and free parking offer added convenience. While I want to make it known that the staff here was very kind and friendly, you do not want to stay here if you are looking for a nice resort. This place is so old, dirty and just creepy. There were many issues with our room that was not acceptable to the quality I prefer. The pool and outside areas were also not clean. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

We got to the check in at almost 5pm after 27 hours of driving, but the check in machine we were made to use didn't want to check us in. I went back to the check in line that had a human, this now being the third line I was in since I had arrived, and let her know and she then checked me in. We got to the room to find the remote didn't work and the bathroom drain was clogged. I got room maintenance to come and fix both of these. Then our bathroom toilet wouldn't flush, turns out the inside chain lever was rusted and had snapped. Several cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart, but also if there was going to be a full kitchen for a big family needing three rooms, there should be more than one pan in the cabinets and also the ice maker was broken. The doors to the bathrooms were actually breaking and wouldn't lock. On the outside grounds, people were smoking weed all across at night, openly regardless of if there were families coming in from theme parks. For some reason the bed springs have a big piece of rusted metal at the bottoms and any time if we moved it would make a loud screeching noise, this paired with the extremely loud air conditioner closets, made for sleepless nights. Whenever I tried to call the front desk, the wait time would be long. I tried emailing them after about all of the issues, but they never reached back out and would not help when I had to call in.

Toliet just kept running and ended up overflowing the 2nd night in the spare room bathroom after being gone all day with 1st restroom use. When asked to have someone clean after maintenance fixed it, housekeeping brought us cleaning supplies vs cleaning it for us. The tub in the bathroom felt like you were going to fall through the bottom while showering. Wire was poking out from AC unit in spare room, The dryer didn't work well and all loads had to be run through 2 times. All outlets were loose to plug things in and several switches did nothing to turn on lights. The floor felt very dirty walking through all rooms. There were 2 mircrowaves in the room and we figured out why, the one above the stove didn't work. The king bed was terribly uncomfortble and creaked every time you moved. The units were very outdated and were far from the pictures on the site. We selected this resort for the on spot restaurant which wasn't even open.

The staff was polite and grounds kept up. The condo was surface clean, but everything is old and felt gross. Definitely needs new carpet from this century and fresh bedding. The dryer did not work and the walls are paper thin. But it is super cheap.

What is the minimum age to check in?

The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older to check in at the resort.

Are all room type non-smoking at this resort?

All suites and guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited near the buildings and in common areas. If applicable, a room recovery fee of $500 USD may be applied to restoring the suite(s) to a smoke-free environment.

Is parking free?

Parking fees are included in the daily resort fee. Motor home, moving trucks, and boat parking are not available. Approximately two cars are permitted to park per room/suite, based on availability. Subject to change without notice.

Is housekeeping service complimentary?

Please keep in mind that Legacy Vacation Resorts do not offer daily housekeeping services. However, you may request complimentary towel and linen exchanges during your stay. Reservations that are longer than 7-nights are entitled to receive a free full-service cleaning*. *Cleanings are done Monday through Thursday and should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact the resort's Front Desk team to schedule your cleaning services.
