Accommodations range from cozy mini-suites to two-bedroom deluxe units that sleep up to ten guests. Each suite offers practical touches like kitchenettes or full kitchens, ideal for families and longer stays. Guests enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, 24-hour front desk support, and optional pet-friendly units.

Four outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a game room provide on-site entertainment, while EV charging stations and free parking offer added convenience. Whether you’re recharging after a day in the parks or simply relaxing with your group, this resort balances space, comfort, and location for an affordable Kissimmee stay.

Dog-Friendly Suites are available upon request with a non-refundable of $35 plus taxes per night with a 5-night maximum of $175/week deposit collected upon arrival. If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc. Please note that the resort will allow one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 75lbs per suite. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. It looks nice on the outside but old and broken down in the inside. The beds were in terrible shape. The spare sink did not work and the tiles in the tub area were not secure and pose a mishap waiting to happen. Check in was a nightmare as they assigned one of the couples to a room already occupied. Would not stay there again. Awful.

I was very disappointed with the unit we stayed in. It was old and needs definitely an upgrade. The washing machine did not work, the drapes/curtains were barely hanging on the curtain rod. The master shower was weird. You showered in a large old jacuzzi tub and the water went everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place. RCI needs to take it out of their system.

Unless you want your kids to look like this after leaving, don’t stay here. Good location, good price, but not clean. Called and told them my kid got Bed Bugs and they never responded. I rarely write negative reviews, but this is disgusting. Ruined, what otherwise, was a great trip to Disney.

Old, outdated and awkward set up. Only thing going for it is it's closeness to Disney. Had to fight to be moved from first unit right above the jacuzzi where you can hear everything all night. Not good if you are there to rest after all day at the parks.

Manager was very rude to me. Canceled my reservation due to her staff and poor miscommunication. Made me get out of a room that claimed need led to be cleaned for the next guest. Room was never occupied next day. Rode by there and unit was very much so vacant. Front desk staff doesn’t communicate with eachother. Manager was very nasty towards me and treated me like crap Has a complete disregard to how I felt towards the situation. I did file a complaint and hired an attorne

What is the minimum age to check in?

The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older to check in at the resort.

Are all room type non-smoking at this resort?

All suites and guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited near the buildings and in common areas. If applicable, a room recovery fee of $500 USD may be applied to restoring the suite(s) to a smoke-free environment.

Is parking free?

Parking fees are included in the daily resort fee. Motor home, moving trucks, and boat parking are not available. Approximately two cars are permitted to park per room/suite, based on availability. Subject to change without notice.

Is housekeeping service complimentary?

Please keep in mind that Legacy Vacation Resorts do not offer daily housekeeping services. However, you may request complimentary towel and linen exchanges during your stay. Reservations that are longer than 7-nights are entitled to receive a free full-service cleaning*. *Cleanings are done Monday through Thursday and should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact the resort's Front Desk team to schedule your cleaning services.
