No real complaints or problems. Maintenance items include door threshold, toilet roll holder falling, bathroom floor plank broken. Bed was comfortable, room was large, area was quiet. Breakfast was good considering the hotel level. Would stay there again

Great location to all the Disney Parks, reasonably priced if all you need is a good bed and a shower everyday. Lacked water pressure. No handtowels, did bring more towels when needed.

This hotel is the most disgraceful hotel I have ever encountered. I had a reservation and arrived to the hotel later than expected with a wife and kid due to flight delays and they gave my room to another person even though I had already paid and myself and wife and kid were left stranded on the streets. I have never encountered such unprofessional people and no hotel I have ever stayed at before had given my room to Someone else regardless of when I showed up. The hotel did basically nothing to help us. Hotel also looked run down and Aweful. It was a blessing in disguise as we were able to find somewhere much better than this horrific excuse of a hotel. Stay away from this place. The hotel also lied and said they tried to contact me even though I got no missed call or email or voicemail. I was never contacted.
