I reserved a one-night stay at this hotel for myself and my two children. Because we were arriving on a late flight, I intentionally chose a hotel that met only a few basic requirements: a clean, safe room with two beds, a working shower, and breakfast included. Before booking, I even called the hotel to confirm they allow 24-hour check-in, which they confirmed. We arrived around 1:30 AM, tired from traveling and expecting nothing more than a few hours of rest before continuing our trip. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to provide even the most basic standard of accommodation. The first room we were assigned had clearly not been cleaned. The white comforter had visible stains, dirty towels were left in the bathroom, cleaning rags and supplies were still in the room, debris from wall or ceiling scraping had been left behind in the bathroom, and the room had a strong unpleasant odor. When I returned to the front desk, the staff member acknowledged the room had not been cleaned and gave us another room. The second room appeared clean, but when we attempted to take showers we discovered the bathtub would not drain because the drain was broken. The front desk came to inspect it and confirmed it was indeed broken, but stated there was no one available to repair it until the next day. Since we were staying only one night, that was not a workable solution. At that point, at approximately 2:15 AM, I was told our only options were to either take the dirty room or the room with the broken shower, because the hotel had nothing else available. Traveling alone with two children, being told in the middle of the night that those were the only options was unacceptable. We ultimately had no choice but to leave the hotel entirely and try to find another place to stay. Because it was spring break, most hotels were fully booked. After calling nine different hotels, I was finally able to find one with availability and had to arrange another Uber to get there. When I requested a refund, since the hotel could not provide a clean and functional room, I was told the front desk could not process it and that I would need to speak with a manager the next day. I asked that the situation at least be documented and confirmed, but the staff member refused. Unfortunately, the experience did not end there. It took days of repeated phone calls, as well as intervention from my credit card company, before the refund was finally processed. During that time the hotel repeatedly delayed responding and refused to allow me to speak with a manager directly, stating that I could only send an email. The most troubling part of this experience was not just the condition of the rooms, but the complete absence of customer service or accountability. Being stranded in the middle of the night with two children because a hotel cannot provide a clean room with a working bathroom is unacceptable. Having to fight for days just to receive a refund for a service that was never provided made the situation even worse. At a bare minimum, any hotel should be able to provide a clean room and functioning basic amenities. This property failed to meet that standard. Travelers should be aware that the online photos do not accurately reflect the condition or experience of this hotel. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Everyone was very kind. The room and property were very clean. The breakfast was a decent meal! The location is good, there is a lot of shopping and food spots around. I thought because the hotel is located next to a Helicopter tour place, that it was going to be loud, however not once did I hear the helicopters. The value was great. All in all the whole experience was amazing. Walking in had a homie feeling.
