We stayed in tower 5 in a 3/2, which had newer furniture, when we upgraded to a 3/3 we went to tower 2 and the furniture was broken, needs urgent TLC. The room was bigger overlooking the outlet.. The location is good .. our main complaint people not wearing masks, even some of the staff was not wearing their mask, we even had a pregnant lady wondering around with no mask.

Checked in for a week...Went to the room and immediately found another resort and left. I understand it was Labor Day weekend but the amount of people there was concerning. The noise was out of control. I am someone who goes off peoples reviews when reserving hotels (we travel a lot) I would never recommend this place.

Great place for stay for a mini vacation get away! Very close to prime locations such as Seaworld, Disney, and Universal Studios. Room was very spacious and was great because it was like a mini suite with two bedrooms which was amazing because my husband and I were in one room and our other family member was in the second bedroom so you could have some privacy if you wanted! Balcony was fantastic to have to be able to get out and enjoy the view and coffee in the mornings and even the evenings! This was a great hotel!

Very noisy at night and terrible singers doing karaoke at midnight off there balcony . Next door is running a club for family and friends. Pretty low class! Save yourself time and headaches and find a different place if you want to relax at night in peace.

Here now. Horrible getting into the pool is redicoulous trying to get in. Check in was a nightmare. Resort fee when you can’t even use anything because of covid. Why max out the rooms then! No housekeeping which is understandable but then again charge a fee. Also tv broken in the room
