"Not as good as the picture on the website but good location"

Me, My Husband, My parents and 2 adult children stayed in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment. Although the pictures on the website make it look great it's actually quite tired and the bathrooms definitely need resealing and the showerheads and taps need a good clean. It was fine for what we needed and had enough space but a 3 seater sofa and two uncomfortable wooden chairs was not enough for 6 adults to relax in. Two rings of the cooker also did not work. As others have said the entry system is awful and one of the lifts broke down in building 3 broke down with people in it whilst we were there! The pool area is good but some of the beds need replacing. The staff were all very courteous though. It is ideally located for all Disney Parks and Disney Springs which are all about 15 minutes drive away. There is a very local Walmart and Publix and lots of good restaurants within 10 minutes drive. Probably wouldn't stay there again due to the room.

"Location Great but room 2309 the wrost"

The pictures will fool you except the pool and landscape that all looks the same. My family and I stayed in room 2309 a 3 bedroom. The room was not vacuumed or swept, the showers had mildew and mold so we went and bought products to clean. The blinds and ceiling fans were all full of dust build up. The king beds did not have the right size fitted sheets while sleeping we had to get up and pull the sheet to try and make it stretch to fit.

"Horrible stay in this hotel"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed August 15, 2019 NEW
Spots looking like spit on the door and wall - was reported but not cleaned Door lock did not work - had to be replaced, missed our restaurant reservation due to that, also the card key had to be reprogrammed a couple of times The kitchen floor was very sticky and dirty - someone else's footprints were clearly visible in the sticky surface. The room had a very dirty and unfresh feeling. The toilet didn't flush properly - the toilet fan was extremely noisy and waking up everyone. We even heared the neighbour's fan. Also could we clearly understand neighbour's conversations and other handlings(guess what) during the night and even day. In the morning we had to clean the car (parked on level 2 inside parking) from what we suspect was sh**t from the apartments above due to leaking pipes on the ceiling. So, no we did not have a very pleasant stay in this hotel which only remedy in our opinion is to tear down and rebuild properly. The staff was friendly and did what they could, but they are limited in their ability to come forward to all the defects.

"Been there for years but this time was awful"

Been there many times but this time was awful. The smell was unbearable’ we sprayed febreze and Lysol but it was still smelled really bad and it was infested with ants. The coffee machine was filthy and couch in living room is getting to the point you can feel the metal of the frame when you sit on it.
