So far only spent one night at the Lake Buena Vista Village and spa but felt it wasn’t too early to put in a review since the check-in was absolutely quick, easy and informative. My hotel representative was Dale who couldn’t have been more friendly and professional. Our room was not ready at check-in so Dale moved us to a compatible room that was ready. The room was a two bedroom suite with a balcony ...,great view of the pool which my grandson had been excited to see since we boarded the plane to Disney. The room is awesome.. clean, spacious , and comfortable. Resort has been nothing but spectacular and it all started with Dale at the front desk...,

Great location. Rental just what we needed. Del wonderful with check in and all help. Can’t wait to try Irish pub. Very comfortable bed. Love the voluntary cleaning service. We don’t really need the room serviced on a daily basis.

Our September Disney trip was rescheduled due to the possibility of Hurricane Dorian hitting Orlando. We had planned to stay on property at Disney but when we went to reschedule our trip, everything was booked... so we chose Lake Buena Vista Resort Village. The price was pretty good and we were able to get a full kitchen+washer/dryer, so we went with it. My impression was Meh. The hotel itself is very well-kept. The main building and front desk feel modern and updated, and the grounds are well cared for. The rooms felt a little outdated (especially the kitchen), but still worked well for our large party (we booked two suites: a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom). Pros: -The price -The pool (the kids loved the pirate ship) -The amenities in the suites Cons: -Though they list bus transportation to the parks, they don’t specify that this is VERY limited. The buses to Disney ran two (maybe three?) times a morning. Coming back, I think there were two times. If you didn’t book your seat the night before, you didn’t get on. Even when we did reserve seats, the bus was PACKED. Kids being squished, rude people standing inches from you, pure chaos. We Ubered to and from the parks for the entire week because of this (which required 3 cars per trip for our group), the bus was so bad. Considering this was a huge selling point for us when booking, we were very disappointed. -The kitchens were not well-stocked. I had called ahead of time to ask what was provided and was told,”Essentially everything you’d have in your kitchen at home!” Yeah, no. We did call and ask for a cookie sheet (to bake chicken) and pot (for making spaghetti), but the kitchen was pretty bare-bones. No cutting board, one wobbly/warped skillet, no bakeware whatsoever. -The pullout couch is the worst I’ve ever seen/felt. My expectations for this were low: I mean, it’s a hotel pullout couch. But literally, you could feel every individual part of the metal frame on your back. It was awful. -The WiFi was spotty, which was inconvenient but not a deal-breaker. Additionally, we were asked to attend a “welcome breakfast,” which sounded great until I was told to bring my husband.... and realized it was a timeshare presentation. I would have appreciated them being a bit more transparent. Overall, it was a good price on a good enough hotel. If you’re looking to save money and have a larger group, I would recommend it. However, if you’re looking for convenient transportation to Disney and frills, this might not be the place.

Good location and good condo size. Everything is outdated. Very old to a point that should have been discarded years ago. The carpets and drapes were covered with spots, the bedding is disgusting. The furniture - dirty. The dishes were put away dirty. The hot tub jets were not working, the blowdrier was not working

This place is spectacular. The kids loved the pool even though the water was freezing. We will definitely make this our go to place to stay. The rooms were clean and smelled like fresh laundry. It was so spacious that you could live there. Dell at the front desk was beyond helpful and such a delight. He needs a raise. The extra money to see fireworks was not worth it. They were too far away.
