Key West Marriott Beachside Hotel features a private sandy beach and a pool with Gulf of Mexico views. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant or grab a handmade cocktail at the poolside bar. A free shuttle to Key West city center is provided. All accommodations at the Key West Beachside include a refrigerator, flat-screen TVs and iPod docks. Select rooms feature upgraded amenities such as a full kitchen, balcony, and spa bath. "Beautiful Location/Horrible Customer Service"

The room was very nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were kept very tidy, and the location near the ocean was perfect. We were placed in a room overlooking the back of the hotel and a service road. Also, a GIANT dumpster was placed right behind our room due to construction. This dumpster smelled and was not pleasing to look at when we were trying to enjoy sitting on the balcony. We requested to be moved and were told the front desk could not move us and we would have to call a different location to request a move. INSANE! No one ever answered the phone at this other location. I spoke to management after we checked out and were told if we wanted to stay again, we could get a discount on a room from the manager. Slim chance we would go back after such a fiasco trying to simply change rooms. We spent a week staring out the back patio doors at a 30' roll off dumpster that smelled and attracted birds and bugs. Horrible. We were also informed by that same manager that moving us should not have been an issue at all. She apologized, which was nice of her to do.

"Lovely resort"

Loved the resort! Room was spacious and the bed was huge.. Food and drinks at the poolside bar were great and there was also a main restaurant which had great cocktails and food for dinner. Only downside was no iced coffees.. We will definitely be back

The grounds and room were nice. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Made use of the hot tub and the pool during the day. The elevator was down during the visit but they did offer to switch rooms due to inconvenience. Overall the resort and rooms were excellent. Some minor maintenance is needed on the stairs and balcony rails. It's the keys though humidity and salt air is a harsh environment.

Disappointing Stay – Look Elsewhere If you're looking for a rundown, poorly maintained building, this might be the place for you. This used to be a Marriott, but it's now operated by Bright Wild—and unfortunately, it shows. I stayed with my family in unit 332B, which was right next to a sketchy elevator that barely worked. It was loud, unreliable, and honestly felt unsafe—like it could drop at any moment. The room itself resembled a cramped efficiency apartment. It didn’t feel clean, and the overall space was uncomfortable and tight for a family stay. The rest of the building was just as unimpressive—nothing stood out in a good way. Sadly, there wasn’t a single aspect of our stay that felt up to par. I would not recommend staying here. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.

"Bumpy start but great stay"

Very nice condo, clean and very spacious. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was very nice, all top appliances. Wish pool area was larger because it gets very busy. Small area for the size of the hotel. We had reserved a poolside room but got a room overlooking the restaurant. A/c was not working. After a 2 hour ordeal with the front desk we were switched to a different room, much better view. Manager credited the parking fee($125/5 days) and personally brought champagne to the room because of the inconvenience. The shuttle is great, make sure you get there a little early when leaving town, fills up quickly. Bumpy start but had a great stay here, would go back again!
