Rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A small refrigerator and coffee maker are provided as well. Select rooms feature a private balcony, sofa beds, and additional living space. Bicycle rentals are available, as are launderette facilities. Guests can work up a sweat in the on-site fitness center. Serving a variety of seafood and regional delicacies, Palm Haven Restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating. Poolside Gumbo Limbo Tiki Bar offers frozen specialty drinks and light meals.

I stayed here on my trip to Key West because it was cheaper than staying closer to the main Old Town area. It's not quite as convenient as Old Town hotels, but it was nice that the hotel offered a free shuttle to this area as well as the beach. The hotel itself was nice enough and had a nice outdoor pool area, but I would probably prefer to stay in the Old Town area next time to be in walking distance of everything I want to do.

Just checked out April 14, 2026. I dont normally do reviews or file complaints, but in this case was compelled too. If you’re looking for a hotel where you want to feel not welcomed and treated with disrespect from the front desk, be put into a room next to barking dogs then look no further this is your place. Customer service is their last priority…but hey they have warm cookies upon arrival. I would stay clear of this hotel.

We went with a large group. We had the best time. Everything at the hotel was perfect. Taylor and Victoria had everything pre arranged for us. Michelle was so helpful at the desk. The pool, bar and food was perfect. I can’t wait to come back here again. Everyone was so helpful. We had a Five star experience.
