This hotel features a Tiki Bar adjacent to the pool, The Bistro (a restaurant on property), a private sunbathing/kayak launching beach, a 300 foot observation boardwalk, free computer workstations in the lobby, complimentary in-room refrigerators and laptop size safes.

A 24-hour reception area is offered. A 24-hour fitness center, concierge desk, and laundry facilities are on-site at this newly renovated waterfront Key West hotel.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights. I have stayed at several Courtyard Marriott properties over the years, and this was by far my most pleasant stay at a Courtyard Marriott. I would like to give a special shout out to Ramone who was tremendously helpful throughout our stay and always greeted us with a smile at the front desk Would love to come back to this property again because of the cordial and helpful staff.

The hotel is located along the main road, where traffic is quite heavy. The building itself is fine and parking is convenient and complimentary. The property offers good infrastructure, including a swimming pool, a small beach, and an on-site Starbucks. Service, however, is below average. Both the front desk and the Starbucks team (operated by Marriott staff) were disappointing. Service was slow and, after twenty minutes, I still had not received my order. I eventually had to return to the counter and complain in order to be served. Courtyards are typically geared towards business travellers, but this one does not particularly feel like a business hotel. I was travelling for work, and the experience did not meet expectations. The internet connection functions but is weak, which is surprising in 2025. As for value for money, it really depends on the rate and what you are expecting. If you are paying more than USD 200 per night, I would consider it overpriced. Overall, the service is poor and lacks professionalism, hospitality awareness, and consistency. Some staff even appeared to have an attitude. It may be linked to staffing challenges in the area.

We spent part of our anniversary trip in Key West at the Courtyard By Marriott, Waterfront. The reception and amenities were wonderful and our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We were less than 10 minutes from any where that we needed to be.
