This hotel features a Tiki Bar adjacent to the pool, The Bistro (a restaurant on property), a private sunbathing/kayak launching beach, a 300 foot observation boardwalk, free computer workstations in the lobby, complimentary in-room refrigerators and laptop size safes.

A 24-hour reception area is offered. A 24-hour fitness center, concierge desk, and laundry facilities are on-site at this newly renovated waterfront Key West hotel.

The price was excellent for Key West! The lobby was clean, and beautiful. The room was sufficient, great shower! Someone did try our door several times, and it wasn’t us. Plus, someone knocked on the door when our 80 year old disabled Uncle was alone. It did upset him. He did not open the door. Breakfast was free, and delicious. We would stay again. My Uncle said he would not, Christine, and, Mitch, are truly amazing employees. In fact, they deserve raises. Many thanks!

The location was perfect and very convenient. The room was fresh, spotless, and felt brand new, with an excellent bathroom and a perfect shower. Despite being next to the street, the rooms were very quiet. The pool was comfortably warm; although the hot tub was under maintenance, it wasn’t an issue. Service was outstanding – special thanks to LaToya and Mary Ann, as well as Stephanie and cook Jean at the breakfast desk. Breakfast was included, with enough choices and delicious food. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars!
