"Awesome!"

Wanted to take my teen to her first broadway show that provided some nostalgia but also kept her engaged and this hit the mark! The genie was hilarious as well as Jafars sidekick. Before the show started I was wondering how they would convey the magic carpet ride scene in play format and they did an awesome job. Cameras were not allowed (rightfully so) and the ushers were very alert to those trying to sneak pics. My only complaint was that well after the show had started people were still trying to find their seats and it became annoying to either continually stand up and let the late comers in which blocked others view behind me or my view was blocked because others in front of me had to stand for the late comers to get to their seats. There needs to be some kind of grace period after the show starts in my opinion. I did have awesome seats in the middle mezzanine section so that was also a plus.

The genie is so GAY!!! It is beyond terrible ! It is so wrong for our children and he has the most annoying voice . On contrary, a genie like Will Smith on the movie was good!
