On our very first trip to New York, the Hilton proved to be the perfect base—step outside and you’re right in the middle of all the attractions. The staff were warm and welcoming, while the food and bar offered fair prices and a relaxed vibe. Our room was spacious and came with a fantastic view of the city skyline, making the stay even more memorable. We’d happily choose this hotel again for our next visit.

This is an amazing hotel in the heart of Time Square. The location is PERFECT for families. The hotel is next to Dave and Busters, Madam Tussands museum, Target, a giant candy store and several other family friendly shops and attractions. I went with my husband and two teen kids. Raquel at the front desk was so accommodating to us as we came in early on a redeye. She helped us get into a room so we could relax and she made sure to map out the hotel for us. She also was really helpful with getting our car back from the valet. The bellman Robert was also amazing. He even started stacking all of our bags on his cart while we were in the elevator! We were also in a hurry to leave and he packed our car and expedited the whole process. We will be back!!!

Racquel at the front desk was extremely Kind, helpful and accommodating from the moment I entered and throughout my stay. The entire staff was great but she in particular made my stay a memorable one. The room was great and spacious and the Bar was good also. I'll definitely be coming back and asking for Racquel!
