Each room has a work desk and chair, comfortable armchair with ottoman, bathtub/shower combo, upscale bathroom amenities, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, hair dryer, flat-screen TV, and more.

This Hilton hotel in Times Square also has a restaurant on site serving buffet breakfast seven days a week, and dinner featuring Times Square views while enjoying your favorite cocktails. The Market provides selections of salads, sandwiches, and convenient snacks open 24 hours. A bar/lounge is also available in the lobby and dinner is offered until late.

Fabulous! Our first trip to NYC and we were upgraded to the 44th floor! Room 4410 is spectacular! The housekeepers were prompt and thorough. We enjoyed the lounge for a nightcap after a long day of sightseeing. The market for a coffee to go in the morning was high quality. The perfect hotel and when we return to NYC, this will be our fist choice.

We have stayed there a number of times before. The hotel has been recently refurbished so we were looking forward to going back. Unfortunately the staff hadn’t been trained on how to service customers. Especially staff at the front desk. Also, the room service menu was terrible, with no flexibility to remove or add items; and it was delivered in a brown paper bag! To the owners of Hilton, I am a Hilton Honors member and I have never been so disappointed in a Hilton hotel. You need to train your staff; make sure they have a can-do attitude (as opposed to the current can’t-do attitude). The bedrooms were also tired and filthy. The only positive was the view from our room.

An excellent stay in a perfectly central location. Just moments from Times Square, the hotel is on the centre of the action with most places within walking distance and transport easily accessible. Check in was average and Hilton Honors status was not recognised. The room was unavailable at 1300 but we were offered a paid upgrade to a room that was available - we declined as this felt like a hard sell and disingenuous. Breakfast selection was limited and absolutely not worth the cost if not included with your stay. There are lots of cafes within a 5 minute walk - go and experience them. The room and bathroom was huge and great value for money. The staff were perfectly pleasant other than reception and we had a lovely stay. Would recommend for space and convenience.

Mike the concierge was extremely courteous and helpful at check out arranging our luggage storage and arranging transportation to the Airport! The rooms were clean and the location was perfect to see the sites and access to the subway. The amenities were great, able to grab a quick snack when needed.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Exactly what was expected. Comfy beds, nice staff, great location for theatre district and good restaurants. Cool bar. Convenient area for uber pickups. Nothing in this area is cheap but its what I expected and it served our purpose well
