"Never again!"

Trravelled to NYC with our granddaughter to see the Rockettes and a broadway show. Booked this hotel six months ahead and paid a fortune for a room. Staff at front desk were rude and dismissive. Elevators were not working most of the time. People were stuck in elevators for hours and we were told that it was because too many people were piled in!!! Had to use service elevator to come pick guest up so they could get to airport in time for their flights. We were on the 31 floor and one morning could not get downstairs for breakfast til after 10. When we tried to phone the front desk there was no answer!! Not only was this frustrating but it was also not safe!!! The rooms are extremely small. Bathrooms have no place to put toiletries. Needless to say I will not be staying at a Hilton again. We have been Hilton Members for many years but no more! The only good thing about th this hotel is the location.

"Would stay again, close to it off attractions"

Excellent stay. Was worried staying in times square that it would be noisy overnight, but slept very soundly. Restaurant, although there was some confusion with the food that was ordered, the manager corrected the problem and was very accommodating. Val, the Hilton Grand Vacation representative was very kind and not pushy at all. All of the staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Stayed here for 5 nights beautiful hotel staff are fab fabulous location right in the heart of everything definitely come back here staff so welcoming beautifully decorated for Christmas and so clean. My son had a big borehole we were here I asked the to decorate the room and they did it was so lovely

"Very nice views, not out of budget, close to subway times square and everything in between"

We got to the hotel and checked in so we thought to a really good level and window view but when we got there that was not the case due to the fact that house keeping was short staffed we were very nervous to complain because we are not that type of people and being from the south we hear that northerns aren’t all too nice, that couldn’t be further than the truth at all the accommodation was made seamlessly Ibeth showed us two different rooms on different stories (we fell in love with the times square view) Ibeth was able to pull a lot of strings to make sure we were happy and accommodated accordingly Thanks to her we were not staring at nothing! If we’re ever back in New York, I will be coming back to the Hilton because of how nice the staff is and how close it is to absolutely everything.

I stay at this hotel regularly because of its convenient location near an office I visit, but what keeps me coming back is the incredible staff. Chris and the front desk team always make me feel like family with their kindness and exceptional service. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure each stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The restaurant and bar staff are equally fantastic—friendly and fun to be around. While the location is certainly a plus, it’s the outstanding attention to detail and genuine hospitality that truly set this hotel apart. A big thank you to Chris and the entire team for making every visit such a pleasure!
