The hotel is right on time square and close to multiple subway lines and a close walk to Central Park, Rockefeller, Bryant park and The Empire State Building for a good cost. You also can’t hear the city to much from inside the rooms were quite. Rooms were clean and everyone was very nice especially Ibeth at the front desk was very nice and helpful when our flight was canceled and helped extend our stay.

Just checked in this hotel after a long day and the front desk staff Ariel is amazingly kind and friendly. She helped me and family and made us smile. Joe was also a big help and down to earth friendly. Will definitely be back for my next trip to New York.

Our family is from out of town, and our stay at this hotel was memorable. The central location of the hotel was wonderful. We were able to walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping venues and tourist attractions like Broadway, Times Square and Madame Tussauds. The front office staff was very knowledgeable in pointing out tourist attractions. My teenage children loved the free Wifi, and we all appreciated the clean room with a great view. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant, Paul's and being able to visit the 24 hour Pavilion Pantry for early morning and late night snacks. The fitness center was great too. I highly recommend this hotel for your next NYC visit.

Michelle at the front desk made our trip so pleasant. She help us with our luggage and gave us great information. Our rooms were perfect and my son was 2 doors down. Perfect location in times square. I would stay again with missing Michelle help!

On a last minute trip to NYC we had the pleasure of staying the night at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square. Upon arrival we were greeted by Michelle and G who made dropping off our bags a breeze before we went to explore the city. Once check in was available we came back and Michelle helped us get our bags and room keys so we could get set up before braving the cold to find dinner! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were very clean, and spacious enough for two adults to navigate with 3 large suitcases and one carry on. The showers had great water pressure!! But back to Michelle and G! We were lucky enough to have the pleasure of working with them during checkout. Michelle made sure we got our parking discount and that we had everything we needed to (sadly) leave the hotel and city. I can’t say enough how wonderful it was chatting with both of them and how much they lit up the lobby just by being so kind and lovely. If I wasn’t in love with NYC before, they made sure I would definitely come back in the future!!
