If you want to experience NYC’s vibrant culture, this is the hotel for you! Centrally located, the rooms are simple, neat, and thoughtfully designed — many with floor-to-ceiling windows including in bathrooms and others with unique views of the Times Square ball. Through partnerships with local businesses, the hotel offers everything you need, from laundry to restaurant coupons, plus an on-site restaurant with incredibly friendly staff. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Ariel immediately understood my preferences and got me into the perfect room from day one. Ibeth made me feel welcomed and spoiled, introducing me to unique rooms and thoughtfully following up on my next visit. Gulbyie’s genuine smiles and warm introductions to key staff made the hotel feel like home. I’ve also loved interacting with Michelle (for laughs when I miss laundry), Melissa (attention to detail), Christopher (efficient and multi-tasking), and Maria, Frank, and Afruna — all wonderful. Kudos to management for creating such a warm, humble, and diverse environment. This hotel has become my home away from home — a place where I felt welcomed, cared for, and even a little spoiled. I can’t wait to return!
