We stayed for three nights and booked two rooms for our family of five. The location is very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the rooms were only moderately clean, and the toilets could have been much better maintained. The place feels a bit run down and would really benefit from a facelift.

Great location and wonderful staff; rooms are small (no diamond upgrade and no diamond member recognition). Restaurant is excellent. Showers on and off (mostly off) hot water. Not much of a value.

The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to Times Square, but also only 20 min walk to Central Park. The reception staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful, it was an amazing experience to be helped by them. Michelle and Melissa first and foremost, but also their colleagues Gulbyie and Ibeth. And the gentleman at the door, Jamal, was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about anything, both local and worldview. Overall, we will certainly go back, because we always felt welcome!

"$35 charge in my Credit Card"

The hotel itself is ok. No complains. However, I saw a $35 charge on my Credit card. Subsequently I found out many people have enquired about this. I emailed the hotel and below is their response. I have no problem if they yell you upfront, but they never mentioned about it during the check-in... this is UNACCEPTABLE ! Here is the email response: Please note that all guest are required to pay the mandatory destination charge of $30 plus tax per night.
