"Great location. Dated interior"

We had a 3 night stay in this hotel. The location was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful so no issues there. What lets this hotel down is, it is very dated. The rooms were spacious but in the bathroom there was mould/peeling paint. The bath floor was stained as well. It was clean, tidy and presented well but just tired looking. If I were to come back to New York I would look for a hotel in the same area, just slightly more modern. There is also no cafe or bar in the lobby area which I think would also help, especially for things like water and snacks, there is however a deli across the street which had all these things and more.

The only good things about this hotel are the location and staff. The location near Times Square is convenient. The room is tired - the carpet is dirty. The room needs refurbishment. It appears they rent long term rentals as well, although this isn’t confirmed. I wouldn’t stay here again if I could find something else at a similar price.

We recently stayed at Millennium Times Square for 13 nights and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Every interaction felt personal and genuine, and they really made us feel at home during our extended stay. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout our visit — a rare find in the heart of NYC. The location is unbeatable, but what truly stood out was the way the team went above and beyond for us. After 13 nights, they kindly offered us a late checkout with a discount, which made our departure day so much more relaxed and stress-free. It’s not often you find this level of service and hospitality in a major city hotel, and we’re already looking forward to staying again on our next trip to New York. Highly recommend!

"Poor service due to not returning deposit"

Imagine having an excellent stay in a hotel located within the heart of the city, to then have your deposit not returned when you return back to the UK. I have waited more then 5 working days, emailed on 6th June and yet I have not been responded to. I have tried to ascertain a number across numerous sites which were out of use to which I have emailed the hotel. I'm disappointed to which I have received no response and still not had my money returned. I stayed between 28th - 31st of May, in room 4311 Please can I have appropriate contact information to escalate this matter further or complaint information so that I can escalate this further.

"ONLY GOOD FEATURE IS LOCATION"

Husband and I stayed 5 nights. Paid premium $$ for “Ball Drop” view room - should have saved our money - it was an obscured view - we could only see the “20” of “2025”. We were on 37th floor. The hotel is VERY tired. Wardrobe door doesn’t open/close properly. There was no fridge (I found out you could request one). The cupboard door where the fridge should have been was hanging by one hinge. The main table lamp didn’t work - therefore the 2 power sockets in it didn’t either. (I did request it be checked, but it wasn’t replaced) Husband had a lamp with 2 usb ports in his side. I couldn’t move my very heavy bedside table to try to locate a power socket on my side. Had to request a kettle and/or coffee machine. Only paper cups given. Bathroom nice but the mixer tap was VERY hard to regulate temperature (dangerous) but also ready to fall off the wall. The plug for the hair dryer kept falling out if the socket. Bed was very comfortable but the only doona on it only covered three-quarters of the bed. Had to request extra blankets on night 1 which took about 1 hour to arrive. Housekeeping was very hit and miss - 2 days nothing so we had to request clean towels. Nowhere to eat onsite, although their onsite TV guide advertises the Bugis Bistro which had been closed for a long time apparently. I even got sent a 20% dining discount for my birthday - with nowhere to use it. All the staff were lovely though especially the doorman who helped us with a transport nightmare on departure due to surrounding streets being closed all day for a parade. GREAT LOCATION but that’s about the only positive.
