What to Bring
Cameras are allowed inside both attractions, but take care not to turn on the flash as it may cause harm or distress to animals.
ZooTampa at Lowry Park has a shaded boardwalk, so no matter the weather, it is still possible to admire the animals. However, we recommend bringing sunscreen or mosquito-repelling lotions. And maybe an extra shirt for guests who want to change after a half day exploring the outdoor zoo.
Can I Bring Food into ZooQuarium Tampa?
No outside food is allowed inside Zoo Tampa and The Florida Aquarium. Food and drinks are available throughout both attractions but can only be consumed in dining areas for the safety of the zoo animals.
Each guest is allowed to bring one bottled water (max 20oz bottle, sealed), while groups with young children are permitted to bring small snacks.

ZooQuarium Tampa Parking
Although near each other, ZooTampa and The Florida Aquarium are at different locations. There are separate parking areas designated for guests of each attraction. Parking is free at the Zoo, while The Florida Aquarium has a parking fee. Guests with a Florida Aquarium membership card are entitled to a first-come, first-serve preferred parking.
