1) Visit Silver Dollar City

Silver Dollar City's fall events bring seasonal charm to the parks with family-friendly activities. In 2019, Silver Dollar City presents its new Pumpkin Nights when thousands of glowing pumpkins are scattered throughout the park along with new characters, flavors, and seasonal activities. Kids can do meet and greets with characters, enjoy glow-in-the-dark drinks, ride coasters into the night, and more!

2) Ride the Branson Scenic Railway

Entertaining and educational, a ride aboard the Branson Scenic Railway is even better during Autumn. You can enjoy a 40-mile roundtrip excursion through Ozark foothills and tunnels via dome cars, dining cars, and vintage coach seating. The option is yours. Not only will you enjoy the views, but you'll hear about the history of the area as well.

3) Go Ziplining

See the sights of Branson’s great outdoors in a whole new way – zipping through the canopy forest at Branson Zipline. Located at Wolfe Creek Preserve in the Ozark Mountains, the ziplining tours offered at Branson Zipline feature multiple zips and skybridges.

4) Hit the Trails

With more than 200 miles of trails, the Branson area gives visitors plenty of ways to explore the scenery around them. Below are three popular hiking areas in Branson.

Lakeside Wilderness Hiking Trail: A total of 4.4 miles of trails are available, with access to Lake Taneycomo.
Ruth and Paul Henning Conservation Area: On the western side of Branson, this more than 1,500-acre area has over 5.5 miles of trails.
Table Rock Lakeshore Trail: Running along the shores of Table Rock Lake, this trail is an easy 2.25 miles. In the surrounding area there arean additional 13 miles to explore.

5) Play a Round

Golfing in Branson is a main attraction. A variety of award-winning courses provide golf enthusiasts challenging yet rewarding places to play a round in the Ozarks. The design of many of the courses highlight the natural setting of Branson, which is never brighter than in the fall. One of the absolute best is Top of the Rock. Built by Johnny Morris, owner of Bass Pro Shops, it is a true testament to the heritage of the Ozarks.
