This property does not allow motorcycles, motorcycle trailers, or three-wheeled vehicles from April 1st – October 1st.

A $250 credit card pre-authorization is required at check-in as a security deposit. Pre-Authorization, less any charges, released upon check out. Availability of funds may vary based upon your financial institution and account type and may take 10+ days. The credit card used for the initial deposit must be presented at check-in, with matching photo ID.

Pools are open 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
North & South Tower Pools are heated and enclosed from approximately mid-November through approximately May 1, 2024.
Spring: Outdoor Pools are heated approximately April 1 through June 1, 2024 (South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool through June 14, 2024)
Fall: Outdoor Pools are heated October 1, 2024 through December 1, 2024
Note, Villa 1 Pool and lazy rivers are not heated.
When pools are heated the temperature is approximately 84 degrees. Dates are subject to change. Select hot tubs are open seasonally.

The fees mentioned are subject to change and applicable taxes.

At this time daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally:
All rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required.
Trash will be emptied upon request.

Resort location is perfect. The condo was clean, and the staff courteous. Our only issue was there was no beach surface; that is not necessarily a resort issue, but I did not see a notice on their website, and the beach service offices were only open M-F. One guest in my group was not prepared.

The waitress Annida was a delightful young lady. After the 1st day she recognized me and delivered my choice drink Sweat Tea! Even when I had a another waiter or waitress she dropped off another perfect ice tea. She made my day. I traveled with a buss full of seniors . And some of them can be demanding LOL. She just smiled and did her best to fulfill their many request. Her presence made my day, she always had a smile on her face. Thanks again

Restaurant was great. Made to order omelet and Belgian waffles. Shout out to Annita. She provided use with a smile everyday and great service. Would love to come back someday with my grandkids. Only disappointment was when the cooler broke at the Tiki Bar and couldn’t get a cold beer

The good - the resort is well located and easy access to restaurants and shopping. There are several pool options and right on the beach. Pools were nice and enough so that they weren't over crowded. Our condo (S. Tower 718) was well maintained and had everything we needed. The bad - it is difficult to get in touch with anyone at the front desk. No one answers the phone - we left something behind and left messages and no one answers the phone or replies to the messages. When on property there was minimum amount of stafff at front desk or throughout the facility. There were serval hot tubs that were not working (which is fine) but were filled with sludgy water and debris - not nice to walk by. The common areas need some updating.

I always have a great time here at Seawatch. This is our 3rd trip to this hotel. Polite staff, nice atmosphere, clean rooms, easy access to the beach, multiple pools indoor and outdoor, multiple hot tubs. Love the Tiki bar. I can not wait until our next trip.
