"Just A Boat Ride - Nothing Special"

The cruise was just okay. The crew was very friendly and helpful, but there really wasn’t much to see that felt exciting or memorable. If you’re simply looking for a calm, smooth boat ride, this is for you. But if you’re hoping for unique sights or a more engaging and memorable experience, this cruise is not for you. This was a lunch time cruise; the dinner cruise may be better but I imagine the sights are the same.

"Not Handicap Accessible"

My husband is in a wheelchair. If you have someone in a wheelchair, this is not easily accessible. The ramp to get down to the dock is VERY steep. Three guys had to take him down backwards. To get onto the boat he had to be lifted out of the chair and the chair lifted into the boat. The bathroom is not accessible for a wheelchair at all. The food was delicious and staff was great, but having to rely on strangers who didn't know his medical situation was extremely stressful for all of us and put his safety at risk. I highly recommend the cruise otherwise.

"Couple’s Evening"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5

My husband and I enjoyed a fun and relaxing evening aboard the Barefoot Queen. We arrived at their parking lot and boarded the transportation shuttle to the boat dock. We checked in and boarded the riverboat. We were escorted to our assigned table where our dinner salads were already to enjoy. They had a cash bar that was available for alcoholic drinks or free iced tea. The dinner meal was served from a buffet. Our meal consisted of pork, chicken bog, roasted potatoes and carrots, dinner roll and a chocolate cupcake for dessert. There was live singing entertainment and commentary about the local scenary.
