Liki Tiki Village in Orlando, FL

Hilton has been and are continuing to make this resort great. A lot will depend on if you get a refurbished or renovated condo and if you are away from construction. But, we like this resort. We are snowbirds that stayed here in February. For a large resort it is spread out so you don't feel like it is crowded. There are multiple pools to choose from and a friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and they got someone there very quick. We liked our room and large balcony and will return.

We thought we had a reservation @ Aqua Sol. However, when we arrived, we found out that it had been canceled. This was due to the inability for me to call on Sunday night I was on a cruise ship and Wi-Fi was pitiful. I was so hoping that when I called two weeks earlier and let them know, was not going to be able to check in on Sunday, the person that I spoke to at Hilton Vacations would give the message to the front desk at Aqua Sol. I explained the situation to Yanisha at the front desk and she was a refreshing example of hospitality. Because of her professionalism and commitment to me and my family, coordinated suitable accommodations for Monday night.

Family This is by far the worst stay I’ve ever had with Hilton. and I swear by the Hilton. We get here and check in go to our room and it is dirty and people are still staying there. They gave us a room that wasn’t ours. Told us don’t worry we’re gonna give you a better room. A half hour later we finally get checked in to a different room we lost our Jacuzzi suite. Did not complain once. Two nights later we go to the pool there is a brick that is broken that cuts my husband’s foot wide open. There is blood everywhere. Security comes up gives him a Band-Aid. We do an incident report. Nobody once checked on us the next day. I felt like him hurting himself on the property that wasn’t his fault. They should’ve at least contacted us, but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to complain. Today at 5 o’clock I decided I’m gonna call to get some Band-Aids. His foot has a big gash in it and we did not go to the store to get more Band-Aids. The guy at the front desk told us that he was going to send up a first aid kit. This is at 5 PM. Finally at 10:08 I decided to call back over five hours later. He kept cutting me off while I was talking. I was just asking for Band-Aids and I didn’t understand why they didn’t send them up yet. Well, did you file an incident report? Are you calling about the incident report? No I’m calling about the Band-Aids. I never received that. I called about five hours ago and it is the same front desk representative that I talked to earlier. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had and I absolutely love this place and would have frequented this place but now after everything that has happened I don’t think I’ll ever come back. Very unprofessional, especially for a “Resort”. On top of my husband cutting his foot open, they sent security up and finally later on in the night they decided they were going to put a cone over where he cut his foot open. I thought that was very unsanitary, especially with him bleeding everywhere. Oh, don’t worry the chlorine will kill everything.

We hadn't been there for 6 years, basically because of traffic in area. Renovations are being done in most units, which is needed. Our daughter with two teen sons joined us for part of the time. They never wanted to leave the resort! Lots to do. The only con was lack of communication by staff and having to move to another unit because of lack of AC, which was known about before giving it to us.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel and would absolutely return! The location is a huge plus, it’s very close to the parks, which made everything so convenient. The restaurant/bar food was genuinely tasty, much better than we expected for a hotel pool bar. The pools and amenities were also a wonderful surprise. There was so much more than we thought we were getting, including a beach-style area and even s’mores around a firepit in the evenings. The rooms themselves were very clean, fresh, and well-kept. The only downside was that the floors didn’t seem to be properly mopped, as they felt a bit dirty. Aside from that, everything else in the room was spotless. What truly made the stay special was the team. Every single staff member we interacted with were lovely, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Their attitude made a big difference and really elevated our experience. Big shout-out to the Brazilian lady (I think her name was Adrianne?). Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the location, amenities, and incredible staff. Highly recommend!
