This hotel if you even want to call is that b/c it is a reach more like a run down Motel 6. The staff were friendly or helpful. The security was ridiculous, even needed a room card for towels & to get into kids water park. I must have asked for water about 5 times. There was no housekeeping for 3 nights & our garbage was over flowing. They gave us 3 towels for 4 days what a joke!!! It was horrible & I am a hilton honors member so disappointed & upset!!!!!

My family and I recently stayed at Hilton Vacation Club Aqua Sol Orlando West, and unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. We travel to Disney often and have stayed at other Hilton properties like (as an Hilton Honors member) Embassy Suites and Mystic Dunes, which have always been excellent—so we had high expectations going in. Sadly, this property did not meet those expectations at all. Right from the start, we encountered issues. The garden tub in our room barely had any hot water. Despite three maintenance visits on our first night, one worker insisted nothing was wrong, which was frustrating because the water flow was clearly inadequate. Adding to our frustration, I lost my room key but still had my parking permit. Even though my sister, who shares my last name, was the only person on the reservation, the staff refused to issue me a replacement key, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired as well. We found a dead bug on the side of the fridge, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Safety was also a concern: I hit my head on a chandelier that was hung way too low over the dining room table. The pool area was another disappointment. Towels were completely unavailable during the busiest time of day, making it difficult for guests to enjoy the facilities comfortably. Inside the master bathroom, the shower amenities were sparse—there were two conditioners and one shampoo bottle, but no body wash at all. For a room with a full kitchen, it was surprising to find only one skillet available for cooking, which made meal prep unnecessarily difficult. On top of all these problems, the power went out for three hours one morning, disrupting our plans and adding to the overall negative experience. After all these issues, it’s clear that this property is not up to the standard we’ve come to expect from Hilton. We will not be returning to Aqua Sol Orlando West. When we visit Disney, we’ll stick with other Hilton properties like Embassy Suites and Mystic Dunes, which offer far better accommodations and service.

This “resort” is terrible. While the rooms are spacious, they are not kept up. The entire property is worn and outdated. Our balcony was filthy! Upon check in, they try to coerce you to join a HVC sales pitch- they’ll promise you the moon to try to lure you in. They make you “visit” another desk to obtain a parking permit and that’s when they start in on you. Also, be advised that this is really a “motel” that Hilton has added to their portfolio. Your door will open to the outside, not an interior hallway. We also had a rather strange “security guard” banging on our door at 11pm. Of course we did not open the door- he said he had reports of a strange noise and was checking on us…..WE WERE ASLEEP!!!! I told him he would be well advised to check the pool, since hours posted say it closes at 10pm but I could hear kids raising hell down there well past 11pm! Avoid this property - too many other choices near Disney.

We have made a family weekend an annual event. We love Hilton Aqua Resort and its amenities for families. We have never had issues before, but this trip was different. We had a later than usual check in. We had a stain on the bed, and the sliding glass door was stuck and would not open. But, even with all the issues, Manager Shane jumped right in and helped to correct each one. He turned what could have been a bad experience to a great family weekend. He is a pleasure to work with and I even watched him with other members and he gave the same care. He even called me to make sure every issue was taken care of Thank you Shane!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel experience of my life. The staff/security are looking forward to ruining your family vacation. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
