Windsor Hills Resort by Global Vacation Homes in Kissimmee, FL

We had a lovely time at Windsor Hills. Beautiful condo clean the grounds was beautiful and kept clean. The amenities are amazing, especially the pool hot tub and clubhouse area. Most importantly was the security. It is a gated community, and there's no riff raff. We felt very safe there. I would strongly recommend vacationing there. For all of the above, the fact that it's so close to Disney World, and 192 which has so many stores and restaurants.

Pros: Resort is clean, well kept and staff are lovely of what we have interacted with. Security guard at the front was comical which set things up great. Some nice amenities on site with a extra large pool, some water slides, a local store, arcade room for the younger famy members and a food delivery service if you get hungry. Cons: cockroach in villa but this cna happen due to warm. Weather, workmen start cutting grass and trees before 8am meaning forget that sleep in you might get. Our villa we stayed in was a little run down which I think is more the owner and local management issue rather than the resort. Villa issues:Pool lining full of stains and holes, stone path outside needed repairing, weeds in pool area, pieces, a cover missing from pool which was a health and safety issue, pool side brickwork wry dirty, pieces missing from fridge door, pool table ripped, pool queue broke, football game broke as balls drops out the bottom, bedrooms looked similar to pictures but had been moved around and some themeing removed making rooms not what was in he pictures... The villa had some issues but was OK for staying it

Whilst the title is Windsor Hills, please don’t be mislead. Other than the resort ‘pool bar and restaurant’ being closed during our stay, we cannot fault the actual complex, pool area and kids water park first class, the surrounding area cleanliness and upkeep is first class I couldn’t recommend this enough. Rating would be 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ However specificly we stayed in 2563 Maneshaw Lane, Kissimmee, FL, USA, listed below are things that come to mind in relation to the villa…. 1) Extremely dated 2) Unclean 3) Questionable electrics On arrival we were met with decor / furniture from the early 90’s, it was unclean / dirty and just not maintained or updated in some time. During our stay the washing machine broke down twice, we were advised by our host to lift the door or “YouTube” how to work a US washing machine, however unfortunately YouTube didn’t have any specific videos for washing machines manufactured in the 1980’s. Pool heating;- the host took a payment off us early after arrival the pool heating, this was deemed extra, the pool heating was fixed in working order two days before we left. Air conditioning - it must have been on a timer, every day it wouldn’t go lower than 84oC at nite no lower than 70oC. Host was rude via emails to my wife, then had the audacity to ask for a review. (Here it is our review… could do better!!!). If you want value for money do not rent or stay in 2563 Maneshaw Lane, Kissimmee, FL, USA.
