Excellent check in, parking as described, 2 free drink tickets was a nice surprise. The bartender was chatty and was very kind and made great drinks. Close enough to universal studios to walk or catch the hotel/employee shuttle that was about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The beds were comfortable and many walking options to food, very close to the highway as well.

Arrived only yesterday to this hotel and I am amazed so far how nice it is, upon arrival receptionist was friendly,polite and informative. Check in was a breeze and quick Hotel room was very clean , fresh and spacious Lots of noise from the road but not an issue really as that tired don't hear anything haha. Location wise it is a bit back from everything but $20 taxi ride gets you to where you want but only a 15 mins walk to universal. We still got to watch 4th July fireworks last night from the hotel added bonus. Still another 2 nights to stay here but I really am happy at the moment. Best option for booking a taxi is Lyft seems to be cheapest

GI was super helpful, nice and considerate with my stay. Helped me out with some great tasting drinks and conversation. Not often I stay at a hotel with such an awesome bartender. I will definitely be coming back just cause of GI. I hope management considers giving this man a raise cause he deserves it!!

I booked this hotel through Priceline because it was the closest one that was affordable to Universal Studios. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. For starters we got 2 free complimentary drinks with our stay! That was a first for a hotel stay! The bartenders that served me while I was there were G and John and they both were really friendly and made great mixed drinks! It was definitely a great stay for our mini vacation to Universal!

We came to this hotel because its super close to Universal Studios and it was pretty cool aside from that. I really liked the fact that there was a chill little bar in the lobby. G and John were great bartenders. Very friendly and accommodating. They both stayed on top of serving great drinks fast even when it was getting kind of busy. It's definitely a spot I'd come to again!
