Great Stay at Hilton Universal City! I recently stayed at the Hilton near Universal Studios Hollywood and had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The location is a big plus — it’s just a short walk or quick shuttle ride to Universal Studios and close to other Hollywood attractions as well. Whether you’re visiting for fun or business, this hotel is a convenient and pleasant place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

The staff was really friendly and the hotel was super nice and clean. We went for a trip to universal and the shuttle service made it super easy. The pool/hot tub stay open pretty late too. It was the perfect way to relax at the end of the night. Will definitely be staying there again soon.

Great location, easy access to Universal Studios. The all you can eat buffet at Cafe Sierra was phenomenal! Best lobster I’ve had. Well worth the price. Service was exceptional! Rooms were nice, water pressure in the shower was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Our recent stay at Hilton Universal City was great. It’s an excellent location for getting over to Universal Studios Hollywood as it’s just a 10 minute walk away and it is also easy to drive from the hotel to other locations like the LA Zoo, etc. All the staff we interacted with at the hotel were great. The housekeeping was excellent as well and each day we returned to a clean room with fresh towels. My kids really loved the pool area as well along with the various games they have down there like ping pong, giant connect four, and giant chess. While we didn’t make use of it, I also liked the fact that they had a vending machine full of all kinds of various things like deodorant, tooth paste, medicine, etc. Makes it easy to get an item at all hours of the day in case you forget to pack something. The food was good as well at the breakfast buffet. We also went to the Starbucks while there. While it isn’t a full Starbucks but instead a hotel offering with Starbucks products, we still enjoyed all the offerings…especially the cinnamon roll or the ham and cheese pretzel croissant! Will definitely stay here again if we come back out that way for Universal Studios or a long weekend in LA/Hollywood.
