Overall excellent experience! It was a 5 minute walk to universal studios and back everyday. Super easy and the kids loved stopping at the koi pond to check on the fish and turtles everyday. Staff was great and the buffet breakfast filled us up each morning before a busy day at the park. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future!

Terrible overpriced hotel with the most miserable staff ever,most should be pensioned off.
 Room are so dated the only new things in the past numerous years I think would be the Televisions but unlike most hotels these days you can check your bill on your tv but not here.
 Sadly this hotel has travelogue standards at Five Star hotel prices.
The food quality in the Sierra Room is very poor and the LA Rams could use the croissants to train with!!
 Without its closeness to Universal Studios I doubt this hotel wouldn’t be in business for long.
 It’s just full of kids running around the lobby area with parents that couldn’t control a mouse!
It’s sad really as I am sure this hotel was once very nice but a hotel is only as good as it’s staff,sadly this establishment has very poor disinterested staff but allows unruly kids to run around which is a hazard to everyone. In summary this hotel only cares about credit cards and don’t get me started on the huge parking charges for hotel guests and they take $100 a night hold for incidents. Avoid staying here at all costs is my advice!!

Me and my kids take a trip to Southern California every couple of years just for a few days this is the second time we have booked this Hilton it is an amazing place to stay the staff from the time you arrive until the time you check out is amazing the location is great for anything you want to do yes it is close to Universal studios walking distance but I am also able to go to Downtown LA Hollywood Blvd Melrose it a easy drive. Love this place

Room was very comfortable and very conveniently located next to Universal Studios. Completely enjoyed the breakfast and the concierge provided great suggestions for dinner. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Universal Studios.
