We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Universal City. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus — plenty of delicious options and a great way to start the day. Overall, an excellent hotel in a perfect location for visiting Universal Studios. Highly recommend!

This is our go to hotel for Halloween Horror nights! We love the proximity to the park, shuttle and friendliness of the staff. The rooms are quiet, clean and cool. The bar and bar staff is great as is the resturant outside the front door. We love staying here.

Room was very dated furniture was dirty! Vanity ant toilet were cracked and old tub mat was gross . Mind you we were on one of the top floors the 21st floor executive Great view of the park but the windows were dirty Carpet was old and dirty along with the decor Hilton time to renovate really super outdated That being said great location And wonderful staff Wait Hilton put in a microwave That would really help for moms and kids
