This hotel is in a great location, it only took us 10 minutes to walk to universal but they provide a free shuttle if you don’t want to walk. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly. Only problem we had was parking as there was a conference on at the time.

A 9 minute walk to the park. Excellent location easy to park. Hotel team very helpful and gave us all the info. We needed. The onsite shop was extremely expensive.. we only wanted a brief snack but nothing priced so ended up spending $55 for “nothing”

Very conveniently located, with a friendly staff and good amenities. The room was spacious and had a wonderful sunset view. Breakfast was a little pricey, but very good. You pay for parking, but you can take a short walk to the studio or take the shuttle and leave your car in the hotel garage. I would return without hesitation.

This was our first and definitely not our last time staying here. What a wonderful staff the Hilton has developed here at this prestigious hotel. Great mannerisms with a smile. They made us feel at home.as well as other guests, as I watched how well the staff treated everyone in sight. Checking was a breeze as well as having our vehicle well cared for by Milton and Ed. The rooms were spacious and clean, not to mention the comfy beds! Our kids had a blast at Universal. The shuttle rife there was easy and convenient. This is definitely our hotel of choice, when going to Universal and this raised the standards to other hotels we decide to stay at, buy our first choice will be Hilton! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The staff was more than accommodating, the hotel was beautiful, the hilltop views were amazing, and the proximity to Universal Studios Hollywood was perfect. Jerome was amazing and super helpful when we checked in. Daniel in the lobby bar was so thoughtful and kind with us and our kids. We will definitely come again if we visit Universal Studios again.
