Location is great, 5 min walk to universal or take the free shuttles. The rooms are modern and clean. Lounge service was exceptional both morning(Helen/Linda) and evening( Maththew/Jose). Would reccomend if your coming to universal. Only downside is the ridiculous $55 self park fee or the $70 valet. Otherwise 5 stars.
