We had a great experience staying at The Sheraton. We came to stay because we were going to Universal Studios. Make sure to use the free shuttle service if you don't feel like walking. Although we did use it once, walking it isn't bad and was actually better than waiting in the morning during the rush hour to the park. Everyone was very nice at the hotel and the workers all exceeded our expectations. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. If you're a Bonvoy member (I forget which level), you get access to the club lounge for free breakfast and dinner. Special thanks to Matthew and Jose for helping me grab plates of food for my family that were upstairs in the room because they weren't feeling well. Their hospitality was beyond! Thanks!
