My daughter and I frequent this hotel very often and I just thought I'd leave another review since it has been some time. I just have to say between location and staff it is top notch. From our many visits, we have always been greet by Jerry and it is a highlight of our trip to always see him. Jerry is just simply outstanding and defines what true customer service should exemplify. There is not a time that we have visisted that he wasn't warm in welcoming us, always informative and willing to accomodate anything we needed. The lounge staff are also spectacular, always so kind and helpful and put out delicious food. Bonus, theres a shuttle that takes you to City Walk so you don't have to walk but my daughter and I always enjoy the exercise. We are going in a couple days and are looking forward to staying here like always.

Poor communication at front desk, assigned room other than reserved. We had a group event planned at the bar, but it was closed for renovation. The club lounge is on the ground floor, club rooms on the 9th, FYI. Rooms were ok, but not exceptional in any way.
