My family has returned over 5 times to stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient being so close to the park and City Walk. The hotel rooms are pristine, no matter what room type you get. The hotel shuttle service to the park and back always has great drivers and they is also a super helpful shuttle service schedule that can be accessed by QR code. The hotel pool is great and so is the hot tub (when it is working). All staff are generally kind and welcoming. We are especially grateful for the Sheraton Club Lounge employees. Matthew, Edgar, Helen, Douglas, and others (I am sorry we didn’t get your names!) - they were extremely helpful and kind even during rush times.

We were staying in the Sheraton Universal Hotel and we had the access to the lounge area. We were travelling and seeing places all day! At the end of the day we went to eat “dinner” to the lounge and we had the loveliest staff people there! Matthew and Edgar did amazing job by telling about the menu and tomorrow’s breakfast. That social interaction made my day!

Matthew and Edgar were amazing in the Member Lounge- kind, funny and their cheerfulness cheered me up! Valets were so patient after I left my car parked and couldn’t find my keys! Front desk worker walked us to our rooms! Loved it!

Hotels nice was very packed. Perfect if you were going to Universal. 15 minute shuttle on a regular basis. We’re platinum elite members so we were able to access the club lounge and had a great breakfast and nice appetizers in the evening. The morning staff, Jose was extremely accommodating and got us turkey bacon and Matthew and Edgar in the evenings at the lounge were absolute fantastic hosts. Enjoyed our stay rooms were nice and clean. Lighting is a little dim with the location to universal and Warner Brothers is great.
