Front Desk Check by Supervisor Linda Carter needs to be recognized. After traveling since 600 am from Miami I encountered a true professional who exemplifies customer service at its finest. I was tired and grumpy but immediately Ms. Linda had me laughing and changed my whole attitude. Doubletree is lucky and blessed to have her as an employee. Immediately she found me a lower floor room which trilled me because I do not care for upper floor rooms. I look forward to returning to this hotel. Thank Linda for making me feel like family. God bless you and Merry Christmas.
