Make yourself at home in one of the air-conditioned rooms featuring refrigerators and iPod docking stations. 40-inch flat-screen televisions with cable programming provide entertainment, while complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected. Partially open bathrooms with shower/tub combinations feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include phones, as well as safes and coffee/tea makers.

Dip into one of the two outdoor swimming pools or two spa tubs and enjoy other recreational amenities, which include a lazy river. Stayed here for a week with my 12 n 13 year olds and my Mum. We were in the Americana building and loved it. The pool and lazy river were great. The lazy river is a decent length and nice n warm. The hot tub is super hot! The food court offers a good choice and also coke freestyle machines. The resort mug def worth buying. Staying here and getting early entry is really good. Its extremely close to Volcano Bay. The rooms are clean and big enough. My only moan would be our shower was cold and we had no toiletries. I did report it and it did go warm but then went back to being cold. The beds are super comfy 😁. The reception always has a huge queue that moves very slowly so reporting things is not easy and check in was a long process. The character meet n greats in reception are good. The resort gift shop has a good choice. The resort is a 15 min walk from the parks which is good 1st thing or at night but not in the middle of the day due to the heat! We loved it here and would return. Especially miss the lazy river 😊

The Hotel is out dated for the price. The tesla chargers do not work .Hotel food is over priced for buffet style for frozen food! Im really upset my Grandmother and I stayed here my grandma asked to move to a 1st floor the second Day a lady Named Holly said they had another room ready and to just get our stuff out of the old room by 11 am. It was 9 30am so we did. Come to find out the room was not ready ! Mind you my grandma is 89 years old. She had not showered yet so we're waiting. Fast forward to 5 pm yes 5 pm... They still had not got us a room. I walked up their and asked them and they said will text you when its ready???? Im like noooo I want it now... and all they didn't was refund my parking which I never received back I seen the 62 dollars put back to my account but did not stick surprise. When I was checking out the young lady was very rude telling me I owed 533 dollars which was not true it was a check out fee which was 35 dollars which is okay but I missed an entire day waiting so my Grandmother could take a shower!!!

Checked in today. Room needs serious updating. Old ratty furniture. Saggy bed, musty odor. Blankets have holes in them. No washcloths in bathroom. Was told they”ran out and did not known if they would get more in “ SERIOUSLY !!! What a dump!!!

All of the throw back 60’s and 70’s vibes. Exquisite recreation of a boomers (my) childhood. The resort is beautifully themed. From the upscale “rat pack” feel of Swizzles to the drive-in feel of the shake shop, the bowling alley, and the cavernous themed lobby along with the appropriately designed pools and slides the place hits you hard remembering childhood vacations with the family station wagon. A wonderful introduction to this era for those beyond boomers. The terrazzo floors are fabulous, as are the rooms. Service was tremendous. But, the cherry on top of the chocolate Sunday that is Cabana Bay is the quick serve restaurant with the generational tv commercials!! Awesome. Price point is outstanding. Value is tremendous. I’m a huge fan of Disney and have stayed all over the WDW property. Likewise, we’ve stayed at most of the Universal resorts. CB is one of my favorites in either property. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
