Centrally located in Orlando, Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort is minutes from Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal CityWalk. This family-friendly resort is within close proximity of Hollywood Drive-In Golf™ and Universal’s Volcano Bay.

Make yourself at home in one of the air-conditioned rooms featuring refrigerators and iPod docking stations. 40-inch flat-screen televisions with cable programming provide entertainment, while complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected. Partially open bathrooms with shower/tub combinations feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include phones, as well as safes and coffee/tea makers.

Dip into one of the two outdoor swimming pools or two spa tubs and enjoy other recreational amenities, which include a lazy river. The staff at the hotel sucks, everything’s expensive, and it’s not worth the cost of the stay at all… The staff ruined my entire trip and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Wouldn't return. We stayed here for 16 nights the 1st night we were put in the last room on the 5th floor it was a very far walk, my sister is in a walking aid so we went down and explained the walk was too far. We were asked to check out of the room 1st thing the next day and we would be moved. When we left the room I had left my jewellery in the room and I called the hotel as we had just left on the bus to go the parks, we were out of the room 45 minutes and the rings were never found as the cleaning lady I spoke to didn't care, didn't listen and they went out with the laundry as I had left them in a facecloth that morning. Told me to speak to a manager later that day when I got back to the hotel, she couldn't look for them. As the laundry is sent out there was nothing at that time to be done as it was too late, but had the lady in housekeeping just checked they would have been found. Very very bad customer service and more so one of the ring was my grandmothers. On our last day my 13 year old son got stuck in the locker room in the gym as that's were we were to shower before leaving that Friday for the airport. The locker wouldn't open and he was left for 45 minutes and 3 walks to reception later, but we were told the security who tend to this are slow but a 13 yr old afraid and with no clothes and I couldn't go in to help him, all this was explained but sadly the staff didn't care and again that's the sad part.

The power has been off 2 nights in a row causing major stress on my autistic child. A half nights compensation is what they offered. Madison the manager offered no help or compassion. Worst experience at a hotel I have ever had and I will never come here again.
