"Park needs shut down. Illegal robbery."

I have been in a trip across US to several theam parks, been saving to do this for years, I could of chose any number of parks, but I chose this one due to it's supposed great theaming for a thrill oriented park and a supposedly great set of rides. I wouldn't know. Not a single ride worked, this was on the 24th of October. Not. A. Single. One. An absolute disgrace 80$ to walk around being sold "Games" no one would ever buy and walking past rides which never worked. I spend 380$ in total for 3 days entry one with a fast past. I am not even going to go back, as in order for all rides to be broken, and to break as soon as you get to the queue, there has to be something systematically wrong. The park needs shut down for the month before someone dies The entire month people have been stuck on rides, but some deranged upper management has decided to transfer not only financial damage but potential loss of life onto the consumers. This is so bad I will NEVER go to a six flags park EVER again, anyone that would dare attach their name to this disgrace should be ashamed. Families where in tears, people where angry and felt betrayed, they have worked their backside off for these trips, only to essentially take a sledgehammer to a PS5 in value, over and over again for every member of their family. How dare they, and how dare they keep the park open despite the fact nothing works, and has worked. The staff aren't even allowed to admit they are broken "iTS nOT bROKE wE aRe juST gETtinG a SUporVisor" no wonder six flags wiped their management out and replaced them with cedar fair. They better actually fast as the damage might already be too late, cedar might be unable to mitigate the damage baring the six flags name will cause. Complete. Disgrace. This is also blatantly illegal, even if you hide behind your nose refund policies, you promise a service or environment you did not provide, this wasn't some issues or inevitable happenings. The full park was broken. All. Day. Long. With a few things open at 9 during closing with the rides like always randomly breaking down still. I actually would be ashamed of working here if I had to. This is worse than robbery as it's done under the guise of consent and law.

"Excessive Number of Rides Closed"

I take my large family to this park annually. And sometimes to other SF parks as well. Today, a Saturday, the following rides were Closed either completely or for more than 2 hours. Iron Rattler, train got stuck on life hill. Dr Diabolical, Wonder Woman, Road Runner Express, Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster, Scream…We drive 3 hours from Houston, get a hotel, and take our 4 kids who look forward to the trip for weeks/months. This kind of experience completely sucks! The time and money wasted for a lackluster experience. This is why SF business is declining. If you are having rides constantly down either hire better maintenance staff or fix your rides if that’s the issue. Not giving them a free pass cuz this is becoming a problem and I shelled out way too much time and $$$.

"Not a park ready for large crowds"

Park clearly not prepared for large amounts of people plus several maintenance issues, long lines even to get refills and service had bad attitude. Most of the rides had at least a 30 minute wait and good luck if you want to get something to eat in less than an hour and a half. I don’t know how this parks is going to survive when Universal opens just a few hours away

"Great theme park, great staff"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

We have been to a lot of theme parks and this one is one of the best. The bad....food was slow and a lot of rides were closed open closed open. However, the good was so good this 6 flags gets 5 stars despite the bad. Every single staff member was A+, friendly, helpful, wonderful. Having such great staff at every single turn (from ride operators to food vendors to gift shop workers) made the whole experience excellent. The food was a notch better than most theme park food. The rides were fun with Iron Rattler and Wonder Woman being two favorites. We got fast passes and all day dining so our visit felt stress free. Since we focused on rides we didn't pay for the haunted houses, but the fright fest theme was well done and thoroughly enjoyed. The park surrounded by the quarry rock wall totally enhanced the experience on many of the rides. We traveled a bit to visit this 6 flags and it did not disappoint.
