"Truly entertaining"
September 2019
Had a blast, it was hot, but we had a blast. A bit pricey inside the park but it was expected.
We went on the Baluga Whale Tour where we learned alot about them as well as getting to interact with the whales and got to pet them. That was awesome. My 8 yr old autistic son really enjoyed that, as well as my 13 yr old daughter, my husband and myself. That was a special moment for us as a family!! The staff was amazing..

"Anniversary Trip"

Dolphin Exhibit was a very interesting piece the knowledge of the workers was very eye opening, the Roller coasters were a great way to add to the fun, was able to sit and see the dolphins do their tricks. The only issue I had were the bees surrounding the fountain drinks, but despite all it was a nice trip, it was my first time ever at SeaWorld and my wife first time since she was a kid, all staff were very nice and attentive and would happily answer any questions we asked.

"Sea world ticket purchase"
August 2019
I must admit I truly panicked when you said you’d change the purchase price on my final payment page AFTER I’d already given you all my info and you said you’d charge my card immediately after I clicked “purchase”. I’ve never heard of changing the real price for security reasons and I was scared. It all worked out fine, you charged me a few cents less than my calculated price, but it was quite scary not knowing what price you were switching to.

"Haven’t been in 10 years and it’s awesome!"
August 2019
As the title states I haven’t been there in 10 years and it’s awesome! So many new rides and exhibits. I would recommend bringing clothes to get wet in and a change of undergarments. There’s a few water rides that you can get soaked on. Tons of fun!

"Beautiful Park!"

Surprised that it took 2 hours just to get into the gate. Took a bit to figure out that we needed to be at the show ready to enter at least 30 minutes before showtime. They did a good job social distancing up until you waited at the gate to enter. Then we were like sardines waiting gor them to open up the gat to get to our seats. Better if they just allowed you to enter and get seated so you didn't have to stand for an hour waiting with a huge crowd just to get into the gates of the show. The shows are wonderful and the ambassadors are very nice. This park is well kept like Disney land. Six Flags please take note...

"Penguin Private Tour"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed September 08, 2020 NEW
This park is no longer about the animals but mostly focuses on roller coasters. If you want to see the Orca show you need to get there an hour before. We paid for the reserved seating and even at 30 minutes before the show we were denied. In their defense the shows are at 50% capacity due to COVID so they skip every other row. We did see the Beluga Whale and Dolphin show but in retrospect the reserved seating extra was unnecessary. The best part was paying for the Penguin Tour. It's in a small classroom setting and it was just my family and another family so you get plenty of time to pet a penguin and pose for pictures.

"First time visiting since 2008"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

I visited SeaWorld San Antonio on Friday August 14, first time back at seaworld since 2008, It was awesome seeing the orcas again after all these years. I was a bit disappointed in the dolphin and beluga whale show I recall there being a bunch of acrobatics back then. The sea lion high show was definitely the highlight of the day it was fantastic. I was sad the jet ski show at the ampitheatre was not operating I remember enjoying it a lot. My two main complaints of this park: -There is a major lack of shaded areas, we are sunburned to a crisp. The temperature was around 100-105. We were hiding out at the penguin exhibits benches for about an hour and a half because it was just way too hot I can’t imagine ever visiting during the summer again. I hope this park could eventually invest in indoor rides or a show in air conditioning. I remember a pirates 4D theater show many years ago and it was a great way to pass time and cool down. -All of the food we had was really, really bad. I am getting nauseated just thinking about it. We ate a Chinese plate which was when they first opened and I could tell it was just rewarmed from the day before, chicken was super mushy and tasted like refrigerator. Later on in the day we had a BBQ plate that was almost $20 and had the chicken ribs and brisket it was cold, bland and gummy. Spanky’s were a total letdown too, we had the baked potato fries which fries were very soggy the bacon was floppy.

"The Man in a wheel chaie"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

This was my first time ever going. We were visiting from Louisiana. I had an overall amazing experience although we had one encounter that threw me off. My husband and I had just left the AMAZING shark tour and we were trying to get back into the actual park so we went to the first person we noticed who worked for seaworld. I didn’t get his name but he was in a wheel chair and he was sitting by the park exit. My husband and I realized that we were going the wrong way because there were signs saying “exit only” so we waited patiently why the gentleman helped another family then we asked him how we could get back into the park. The man raised his voice and said” well if you can’t read the signs then I don’t know what to say, as you can clearly see it says exit only”. This upset my husband who turned and just walked away because of his rudeness but I continued to explain that we were from out of town and since this was our first time being there and we simply didn’t know our way around and all we were doing was asking for help. He continued to be rude by saying “ well this is clearly an exit so therefore it must mean you need to go through another” needless to say he was of no help at all. Eventually we did figure out how to get back into the park , but that experience really turned us both off, we wound up leaving about 30 mins later bc my husband was still upset at how rude and unprofessional of that seaworld worker to be like that towards us. Other than that the dolphins and sharks were amazing. The food was amazing! Please all I ask is that you train your employees to have a smile and to be pleasant with your customers even if your having a bad . There is absolutely no reason why anyone should be rude like that to anyone.

"Great Experience!"

Everything was a Plus for our Family Vacation! From the upclose parking to the temperature checks, to the hand sanitizer available everywhere , associates walking around and kindly enforcing proper use of face masks and social distancing. We were able to see all the shows and our daughter was able to ride the rides for her height of 46 inches multiple times, along with the adult rides which we rode multiple times . Very clean and well maintained park!!! The only bummer we had was they shut the Atlantis down at 4pm right when we were about to board and my daughter was excited to ride, so it made her cry ! But the Orca show Finale made up for the disappointment 😊. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Sea world for the Great Experience!
