We stayed in a king suite. It was $60 more and was old and looked like one step up from a motel. The suite is adjacent to the bed and extra tiny not worth the price. Went outside of the pool area to sit in the swing. It broke and I fell to the ground. Reported it, I was t even asked if I was ok. They just went outside and removed the hammock/swing. The best thing about this place is the lobby. Don’t be fooled. The bathrooms are super old. The tissue breadth plate fell off. UnAble to Adjust AC... really basic things. Water stains on the ceiling, holes in the curtains (pictures added) Even my kids asked how much I paid and why we stayed here. The answer- too much. The front desk lady was extremely rude... Again just stay clear. So many options, we won’t stay here again

Came to San Antonio a day early. Used a free night. Awesome hotel. Very nice family friendly. Great pool. Nice bar and restaurant. Friendly staff. Close to sea world. I will definitely come back. Rooms very clean.

IHG Platinum Elite Member - Stayed here with my family. Convenient enough location to SeaWorld and NW San Antonio. Beds were comfortable, room was a suite and was nice, and staff was pretty friendly and accommodating. I knew going in that the hotel was under renovation when I cashed in my points. There are some things still needing to be fixed, but its nicer than some I've stayed in. No point in bashing them, it's going to be better someday. What they have fixed, is pretty good. They still need to do work on the indoor pool area, but it's functional. Would return when the renovation is complete.

I never leave bad reviews but....Absolutely hands down the worst hotel stay of my life. Thinking about it makes me want to vomit. I felt like I was in some horrible half way house in NYC. The room was awful, damages, molded with the carpet ripped away from the wall in some spots. Upon arrival we were given tips on how to get the hot water to work. I have 4 kids and we traveled with my husband so the kids could swim in the indoor pool while he was at meetings . (Why we chose this particular hotel) BIG MISTAKE!! We literally had no running water almost the entire time. I begged my husband that night to leave but he said he would talk to the manager, who apologized and said if we’d stay he give us 4,000 points or something like that credit toward our IHG ACCOUNT. which they NEVET DID. They never did anything to attempt to make this right. My husband has contacted them and another person in charge. The LIED to us. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is disgusting and should be put out of business.

I'm a Spire Elite member, so I obviously like my IHG hotels. I'm guessing this is a franchise hotel, and they are being forced to update their property, but I haven't seen any updates yet. This property is very outdated, and probably should have been worked on a long time ago. One good thing (which has been a pet peeve of mine with Holiday Inn's), the shower water pressure is great! I don't think my shower has a water saver shower head installed!
