"Hyatt Mission Bay Great Views"

Great views. Very clean. Kid friendly. Parking is $50 no matter what. Excellent customer service. Got a little noisy with the kids, maybe ask for a room further away. Great location for sea world and belmont park/boardwalk, not walking distance, but close.

The rooms are well appointed and the front desk staff is excellent. The lay out of the hotel is a little unconventional for my liking. The hotel restaurant at the poolside needs to be refreshed and a menu upgrade. The main restaurant over looking the harbor is overpriced. Self parking is $50.00 on hotel property is $50.00! Not disclosed on hotel website. Intended to stay a few nights… departed after two days to another hyatt in downtown.

All the staff and management here are top-notch… polite, fun and professional That’s what makes it different from other Hotels you can stay for much more money. Justin and guest services was surpremely attentive and made sure to follow up on our requests, and even some we had not anticipated!

"Marina views and comfortable beds"

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Mission Bay. We had a balcony room overlooking the marina and loved watching boats come and go. We took advantage of the kayak rental (included with resort fee) and loved kayaking out to see the sealions. The room was super quiet even over a holiday weekend (Easter). The team put together a cute egg hunt. Overall we liked this hotel and will return.

Our stay was outstanding! The entire staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. Room was wonderful along with the view! Breakfast buffet was worth every cent, we enjoyed it more than once. The pool area was fantastic, great to be able to get food right where you are seated.
