"Not what we expected."
June 2019
The photos showed the hotel to be much nicer than it was. We had to pay for parking and give them a $50 deposit. That was a first for us and we have stayed in many hotels. Everything was in working order but very outdated. The air conditioner wouldn't come on. Tried to call the desk several times and it was busy. Finally figured out it had tripped, had to reset. The sheets on one of the beds was not even tucked in, hanging down to the floor. How do you miss that? I hope they were clean. We chose Wyndham because of their reputation, not this one! The staff was not very friendly, acted like we should be happy they were there to help us. No smiles and the lady that checked us out never even looked up at us. We had a 15 passenger van and no place to park at check in. They asked us to leave the check in area but wouldn't tell us where we could park. I can say we will not stay at that Wyndham again. Tripster made it easy for us to find and very easy to make reservations. Unfortunately we got what we paid for!!

"Pretty disappointed"

Let's say we only chose this hotel because we wanted to save some money, well you pay for what you get. The pictures on their website are very far from what the hotel really looks like, the service is awful and the carpet in the rooms is disgustingly dirty. Not planning on ever coming back.

"The worst hotel stay of my life. I am a world traveler."
June 2019
You will see a hotel that runs by the employees and no manager around. No one cares. Your visit is taken as granted. I was humiliated by three of the employees when I asked for help fixing my AC to get some air in the room. When I asked for the manager I was told he woul not be around for four days. No AC, widows were sealed intentionally, bed sheet was bloody and dirty. Bathroom was used. Oh, our room key did not work. The lock was not working until they showed us a work around to open our room. Overall a miserable stay. They offered us punt that I reject. I asked for my money back.

"Not like other Wyndham places I sayed in."
May 2019
The first room they put us in wasn't cleaned, so they moved us into that was. I actually stayed in better ones then this one. It was all right for a motel stay, but not a Wyndham I was expecting.

The room had a bad odor, carpets were nasty, parking is tight, definitely needs a remodel. Friendly front desk person, only good thing about staying there.

"Very poor quality and bad customer service"
July 2018
It was my understanding that I had reserved a room with bunk beds. At checking in they were very unhelpful and unconcerned about my needs. I went to talked to them in 3 different occasions, in 3 different dates about getting what I paid for. The last date I was there, I talk to Hispanic man seem like the manager and he replied by asking me. How many is there in your party. To which I said five, with a tone of voice he reply; your room only allows 4. To wish I didn't reply because I was being attacked. After the first night we spent there, after we came back from our trip. The room smelled like old humidity and it was humid. I asked to be moved to another room. to which, they say there is no more rooms available and that it is probably my fault cuz I left the AC on. Our towels were replaced with dirty towels. And there was cockroaches in there on the second day. This place has very bad customer service poor room service and low-quality rooms. I will never recommend wyndam.

"Bad part of San Diego"
July 2018
Booked this trip for 3 Nights with tickets to San Diego Zoo and Sea World, Hotel was very Run Down, Dirty, Stinky, Room was very smelly, we are lucky our room did not have roaches as others have posted. A/C worked but room overall was dirty and depressing. Went to the Zoo and told myself it was what you do when you are on vacation that matters, Room is just for recooperating. But 2nd night, The people above us had a kid doing laps and running back and forth really loudly, could not sleep at all, we left San Diego and cancelled our Sea World trip because we wanted to get out of there badly. Went back to Bishop Ca and stayed in a nice Hotel for the rest of our trip. Please, do not stay here if sleep and cleanliness is important.

la cucaracha, la cucaracha ya no puede caminar por que no tiene porque le faltan las dos patitas de atrás. Filthy place with roaches under the bed. And blood stains on the floor. The staff is friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms not so much. The first room we checked-in to the fridge had leftover food, the night stand open bags of chips, bathroom with used soap bars. Complained and they swapped us into another room. That room seemed cleaner until you looked closer to notice the blood stains and roaches. Would not recommend.

Staff is rude, hidden charges, dirty disgusting rooms, hair in shower, dilapidated furniture, ROACHES!!!! Rooms are lacking, overpriced for current conditions. Rooms are run down and dirty. Staff is rude and snotty charges for everything. Parking is in addition to nightly charges and breakfast is not included with all reservations. Our room was dirty and it hadn’t been cleaned. We found food containers in the middle of the floor, peoples reading glasses, and worst of all ROACHES.

AC barely works. Some outlets do not work. Breakfast was very bad (eggs are powered, pancakes were burnt, not worth the money). Area has some shady looking people hanging around. Girls dressed like hookers hanging around. Cheap room, but lock the doors.

DO NOT stay here. Room is smelly (think cat litter box), staff is inattentive at best, vending machines are not working. Probably the worst hotel experience of my life! Tried to purchase a bottle of Gatorade and asked to have it charged to my room - was told that they couldn’t do that. When asked about the $50.00 deposit for incidentals - front desk clerk had no explanation.
