How long is the tour?

The Na Pali Coast Raft Adventure lasts approximately 6.5 hours, including coastal rafting, wildlife viewing, a Nualolo Kai beach landing (conditions permitting), snorkeling, and breakfast.

Where is the departure location?

The meeting location is at Port Allen Marina Center at 4353 Waialo Road, Suite 2B, Eleele, HI 96705. After parking in the designated lot, report to the office to check in prior to departure.

How early should I arrive for check-in?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

What is included in the Na Pali Coast raft tour?

The tour includes a rigid hull inflatable raft ride, licensed captain and crew, snorkeling gear (weather permitting), a Nualolo Kai beach landing, and freshly prepared breakfast with beverages.

What should I wear and/or bring?

Plan to get wet during this barefoot-style raft adventure. A beach bag with a towel, reef-safe non-spray sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat is recommended. Cameras are welcome but should be protected from water and sand. If you are prone to seasickness, consider taking preventative medication in advance. Breakfast is provided on the tour.

Does this Na Pali Coast raft adventure have physical restrictions?

Participants must be at least 7 years old and under 250 lbs per operator safety guidelines. The tour is not suitable for expecting mothers, individuals with serious back, neck, shoulder, hip, or mobility concerns, or those who have recently undergone surgery. Guests should feel comfortable holding onto handholds in open-ocean conditions and climbing a small marine ladder after snorkeling.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Due to the nature of the rigid hull inflatable raft, beach landing, and open-ocean conditions, the vessel is not equipped for wheelchair access. Participants must be able to board independently and move about the raft without assistance.

Is a waiver required?

A waiver is required by the U.S. Coast Guard for all passengers. You will receive instructions to complete this form prior to check-in. Every participant must have a signed waiver on file before boarding.

What happens if ocean conditions are not favorable?

Na Pali Coast sea caves, snorkeling, and beach landings are dependent on favorable ocean conditions. The captain may reroute the tour or modify activities to ensure passenger safety and comfort. Snorkeling typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes when conditions allow, but refunds are not issued if snorkeling is not possible due to weather.

Are infants allowed on this tour?

The minimum age for participation is 7 years old. Proof of age is required at check-in, and no exceptions are made due to the physical nature of the tour and open-ocean conditions.
