Located on south side of Kauai, reasonably close to Lihue & airport. Great hub for trips or just hang out at the amazing pool! Convenient restaurant on site with reasonable prices and nice bar located by pool. Live music some nights. Don’t miss the relaxing spa and lots of free small activities covered by the resort fee. Although this resort isn’t right against a beach, it has a short walkway to the coast with breathtaking sunsets. Our king studio room had a small kitchenette and full size stacked washer/dryer. And no parking fees!

Great experience at Koloa Landing! I travel for business quite often and this exceeded all my expectations. The pool area is truly immaculate and everyone on-staff is friendly and welcoming. Next time I’m on Kaua’i I’ll be booking this same property. Mahalo!

I am globalist at Hyatt and Diamond tier at Marriott. I am always very impressed with Hyatt services and love to spend all the time as global traveler. But? Marriott always feel not impressed especially service. It was beautiful resort and yes they accommadate what i needed it for. However, i felt the staff really needs more attensive and professional training. They seems not trained well. They forgot to offer me resort credit to spend while i am staying there and gave me wrong information. I found out when i checked out. And the staff is not really attensive that reflective to the same quality of service that i supposed to receive it. Also, pool area is quiet sleepery. They must do something about it. My senior mom almost got fall down. The property itself was enjoyable stay except services. I stayed there for 5 nights with kids.

This has been one of the best hotel experiences that we have ever had. The grounds are amazing. The pools are phenomenal. The service was outstanding. You could not have asked for a better set up for a room. All the grounds were very well taken care of and cleaned. The rooms and towels were maintained perfectly..

We have visited Koloa Landing a few times now. Absolutely love it!! One thing that makes a HUGE difference here is the outstanding and hospitable service and friendliness all around. This has been our experience every time we have visited and we are so thankful! Pools are amazing and so relaxing. Probably the only advice for others would be that the restaurant gets a little overwhelmed and can be quite slow, but there are SO many other great nearby dining options!
