This is a really excellent property with beautiful, clean rooms that are very spacious and comfortable, a world-class main pool with waterfalls and slides plus an infinity pool and a really great location. It was also not a noisy property and it’s not really that crowded despite that we were on spring break. - Don’t worry about which building you are in. We were disappointed at first to be in building 2 overlooking the family lagoon pool but it turned out to be phenomenal. 3 min walk to the main pool but also quiet as the lagoon pool was empty. Our kids also enjoyed occasionally swimming there. - I heard that 2-bedroom units all have a view of the lagoon or main pool or at least the little grass fields (soccer field, putting area). I do agree with some posts that a view of a parking lot would be less attractive. We did not care about an ocean view because we wanted a great pool and location. - Having condo space with kitchen was more important than ocean view of perhaps the Grand Hyatt. This is better value for money for our family. - The only restaurant on property is down by the pool - we didn’t eat too much nor did it seem like a place we would want to stay in for dinner. It was fine for lunch by the pool but nothing memorable. Decent drinks. - Cleanliness was outstanding - cleaning staff very nice. - Reviews are correct - there is not really a beach at all. But it’s so close to poipu beach with easy parking. Don’t think that you will walk to the beach every day at the Sheraton. You will drive. You can walk at night for sunset but it would be a pain to schlep chairs to the Sheraton. - Location is terrific - it’s 1 hr 20 min to the north side by Hanalei Bay. But all of the little restaurant areas are close by if you stay near Poipu or even want to go to Lihue by the airport.

Very welcoming and plenty aloha. My friend and I were greeted with smiles and aloha. Dreana , Shea , and Rylin were amazing at helping our kids get what they need To feel safe while swimming and gave us great suggestions. They really seem like they love to help guests feel comfortable during their stays and clearly love their job. Joslin was our waitress at the pool and so very tentative to our needs. Thank you Dreana, Shea, Rylie, and Joslyn. What a great team !

Vaulted ceilings and spacious rooms, all with upgraded high end furniture. The bathrooms were stocked daily with all supplies. The service was top notch as well. Plenty of staff happy to assist in every way. Gym was so much better than any other hotel on the Island- not cramped and great views to the pools, grounds and ocean. Market is open 24/7 and has great gifts, amazing coffee and healthy food options. We love how clean the pool is and the hot tubs actually have incredible jets. We have come here 3 times now. It is just as luxury as it comes when you travel with kids and need all the amenities!

Getting married here was the absolute right decision. The price was very reasonable compared to other resorts I contacted in the area. From the moment we arrived, the resort staff went above and beyond. The setting itself was absolutely stunning, lush greens and florals are all over the property. It rained right before our wedding and there was a possibility that we would have to get married inside but our coordinator Sara worked her magic to get us our outdoor wedding! The coordination team was exceptional. Every detail, big and small, was handled with care and professionalism. They were incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and made sure our vision came to life even better than we imagined. On the day of the wedding, everything flowed effortlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment with our family. We’re so grateful to the entire team including Riley and Quiana for creating such an unforgettable celebration. We would highly recommend this resort if you’re planning a wedding.
