Our stay at the Outrigger Kauai was absolutely incredible! The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine Aloha spirit. When we asked for an early check-in, Saddie and Megan went above and beyond to make it happen. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our first day at the resort truly unforgettable. Their commitment to customer service was truly exceptional. We highly recommend the Outrigger Kauai for any future accommodations. A big shoutout to all of your amazing staff, especially Saddie and Megan!

Great Experience! I stayed at the Outrigger Kauai for five days in August, 2025. The room was clean, nice and comfortable. I got a couple of extra towels without any hassle. Watching the sunrise each morning from the hotel's beachfront was Amazing and I highly recommend this. I had breakfasts, lunches and dinners at various hotel restaurants. The food was consistently delicious. All of the hotel staff were friendly, helpful and nice. I loved the landscaping with the beautiful flowers and plants! I highly recommend the Outrigger Kauai.

I was searching my iphone for a much needed mini vacation and found the Outrigger Resort & Spa Kauai on Southwest Vacations website. An all inclusive package including air and hotel. I did research on property and it looked fabulous so I booked 4 nights. I booked 2 tours from Concierge for a Catamaran trip up Na’pali coast (an excellent choice!) and a driving trip of Waimea canyon (with many stops for viewing and photo ops!). Hotel staff were fantastic! Everyone was so proud of their island and had lots of suggestions and advice to make my stay perfect. My next trip will be longer and include my choldren and grandchildren ;)

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff. They were to a person kind and helpful. We were there the night of the tsunami and they couldn’t have been more professional and kind to stressed out travelers. We were staying on a lower floor and had to move to a higher floor hallway. They brought us food, pillows and blankets and even rollaway beds. All with a smile, even when some of the guests could have been nicer and more appreciative. I would recommend this hotel just for the people alone. Our room was recently renovated and was very comfortable. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. Overall we would definitely stay there again.
