"Great Service!"
April 2019
We were welcomed with a smiling attendant every time we entered or left the hotel. Very friendly, but reassuring that they paid attention to who was in the hotel. Room was terrific, cleaned and straightened out each day.

This hotel has taken to employing K9 security units, and I was stopped before even entering the hotel and instructed to open my suitcase on the sidewalk. Of course, they didn't find anything, but this damped my experience for the rest of my visit. Upon checking into my room, I found it poorly maintained or even clean, with stained drapes, partly full wine glasses in the refrigerator, and chicken breast under the desk. I definitely won't stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the Millennium Hilton Down Town. This Hotel has a unique location at the border of Ground Zero. The best staff ever. Just the beds in the room were really small to fit two persons.. But the rest was very nice

"Avoid the breakfast, appreciate the Doormen/Bellhop"

The breakfast and breakfast staff are what you would expect to find if Motel 6 served breakfast. The omelettes are not cooked correctly, canned mushrooms, and horrible oatmeal. The waitstaff are non-existent, so don't expect coffee or OJ. However, the doormen are AMAZING! Kofi is the best employee at the hotel, so if you decide to go to this Hilton, I hope you have the pleasure of running into Kofi - you'll find him at the concierge desk helping with taxis and luggage.

Was fortunate to stay in the Millennium Hilton this past weekend. They do not miss a thing. From friendly doormen and knowledgeable concierge staff, the property manages to be warm and welcoming while at the same time have everything you need in a hotel. Clean, large rooms (in Manhattan!!) with good amenities and great views of WTC and the Hudson. Special touches like a complementary gourmet candy stand for Valentine's day round out the professionalism of this classy hotel. A great destination for both leisure and work!
