⭐️ 1 Star — Not the Family Experience We Hoped For I stayed here with my two young kids, hoping for a fun, family-friendly getaway. As a single mom, I wanted a safe, reliable place, but this hotel fell far short of what it advertised. We booked because we were told shuttles went to all Disney parks — when we arrived, that wasn’t true. Traveling with little ones requires planning, and this misinformation caused a lot of stress. Guests visiting us were repeatedly denied entry, even when providing our room and building numbers. On several occasions, gate staff told them I “was not a guest here” while I was literally in my room on the phone with them. Around the pool, lifeguards were on their phones instead of watching the water, and their attire felt unprofessional. The bartender ignored me for 10 minutes, interrupting me mid-order to help other guests. The arcade charged our cards despite many machines being broken or missing parts. The security guard walked the halls loudly on his phone every night, and the property smelled of marijuana, making it impossible to relax with my children. My last night at this hotel I was woken up by my neighbors having a party, and after an hour, I called the desk to request assistance, but nothing was ever done about it... It made me very anxious being in a hotel room alone with two small kids.. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact the hotel via email and phone about these issues, and they have refused to respond. They made it very clear to me that they do not value their guests at all. I don’t expect perfection — just honesty, safety, and a family-friendly environment. Sadly, this hotel delivered none of that. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to parents traveling with kids.

This resort is fantastic. So fantastic that I wish we could've spent less time at the Disney parks and more time at the resort!! Our suites were amazing. Well-appointed and roomy! Housekeeping did a fantastic job despite us leaving the rooms in complete disarray due to rushing out to the parks in the AM. We didn't have need for it as the weather was perfect, but they have so much for kids to do if the weather isn't ideal. An activity center, mini-golf, paddleboating, playground equipment, huge arcade, basketball court(you can check-out basketballs and other equipment) and several other options. The resort is conveniently located within 15-30 minutes of all the Disney Parks. We were in building 1300 which was a bit of a hike to the clubhouse but was quiet for our entire stay. I believe there are 3 pools but we only used the one with the slides, etc for the kids. It's a great pool(as long as the heat is on when needed) and we loved it!! The food was very good at Shipwreck Sally's and the bartenders took such great care of us, even when they were really busy. I don't have current plans to return to Orlando but, when I do, Aqua Sol will be on the top of my list for places to stay.

The location is off the beaten path but the area is very nice. The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. Many places do not give you extra laundry detergent and other items but this place was great with replenishment. The pools were nice and not too crowded which was great. Would stay here agin :)

Ryleigh was so delightful to check in with. She was so helpful and sweet. We were so grateful to also have a room right next to my sister who had also booked a room. Yanisha was amazing and gave my daughters goodie bags. And when she heard that we were celebrating one of their birthdays she brought out a birthday crown. The only thing is that we wanted to invite some more family to celebrate her birthday at the pool but were unable to because of the wristband situation. So that was kind of a bummer. All in all a pretty great experience. We were happy with the size of the room and the large tub in the master suite.
