At the time of check-in, valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a nightly resort fee will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit) upon check-in. The minimum check-in age is 21.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

Resort Fee: A resort fee of $25 per day plus tax is collected upon arrival. The fee includes guest internet access, assortment of games and books, self-parking for 1 car, movie night, select daily activities, and game equipment including corn hole, giant bowling, checkers, and connect four.

"Very nice resort"

This is a very nice resort but could use a few upgrades. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Recreation center and pool/ hot tub were very clean and mini golf was fun for everyone.

"Williamsburg spring break"

The resort is refreshing itself. It definitely needed it. Our condo was good but the updates will make it better. Master bedroom had plenty of room. The second bedroom was smaller, but adequate. Its best feature was the access to the bath from the bedroom. There was not much from offerings on site. There were activities at the activity center but we did not participate in them.

"Greensprings Doesn't Have Any Spring Anymore!"

This is our third stay here at Greensprings Resort and it's going to be our last! Since Hilton Vacation Club (HVC) has bought out Diamond Resorts the changes have not been for the best. Debbie, who checked us in, was not very nice and really shouldn't be on the front desk. Our unit is way past it's need for renovation. HVC is basically relegating non-HVC members to the oldest units. Whomever is responsible for the supplies needs to get on the ball because there wasn't facial tissues along with other necessities for the baths and the kitchens. We had an issue with a noisy guest and the resort staff would not do a thing about the problem. This is NOT on par with other resorts and we are fed up with this place!

Great stay! Relaxing and room had been recently been remodeled which was nice. Definitely a better look than the last time we stayed as we mentioned that the room was dated on the prior trip. Large tub was nice and great location. Staff was great and really no complaints. A+ job!
