Greensprings Resort is a quiet, out-of-the-way stay, still with excellent access to the many area draws.

The resort was very nice and loved the location. The hot water heater was only doing cold water for the sinks and the showers so we called front desk and they had them come out and look at it and that was fixed and then the next day the washer didn't work it was running all day and they came back again and said that we had it to heavy ( like people don't know how to do laundry). Evey time you would cook anything in there the fire alarms would go off and then you call the front desk and tell them no one would answer so my husband ran over there and told them, and they said thanks for letting us know because if no one comes and tells us we wouldn't know if the house is on fire or the alarm is going off because we don't have system that is hooked up to the front desk or fire department. then i had to calm down my special needs children when the alarms go off because they have noise sensitivity because they are autistic and nothing beats when it went off at 630 am woke my kids up and them screaming. The neighbors are really rude. They never came to give us new towels or toilet paper and everything that we called for. we left all the towels out in the hall by our door. The halls weren't vacuum and then founding snakes everywhere on the grounds even in the pool there was a black 10-foot snack on the volleyball pit and on the golf course (had to drive an hour to go to mini gold and pay a lot of money because there were snakes on the course. Not enough dishes for a family of 6. My son wanted ice cream from the front desk and when we brought it was slimy and then we had to go get him ice cream from the machine and pay 9 dollars that's crazy and now fighting with them about my DEPOSIT because I still don't have it and I been home week and a day and I call the front desk and they said that they don't know what to tell me about the refund and the mangers are all busy. i been calling them everyday to talk to a manger does anyone know who i can talk to about my refund because it shouldnt take this long to get it back

First time staying at this location and would more than likely would stay here again. Checking in was easy, friendly staff, resort was quiet and amenities were more that adequate. Now here's my concerns: when checking in, was told I was on the first floor which I was not (third floor walk up with bad knees) Feel I should have been asked if 3rd floor apt was ok. The room: felt the room wasn't vacuumed enough, the carpet leading to second bathroom exposed tacks (had to put a towel on floor), and the closet door in second BR was unhinged on top. The other issue I had with the property was I felt gate security was too relaxed and the property did not have suitable lighting at night. I was asked if I was interested in a timeshare presentation and I initially declined. I was told if I change my mind, I can call but after the above, I decided against it. Recommend if they want to get parties interested, they should put their best foot forward.

I have stayed here every year for the past 25 years resort fees of $ 28 a day are pretty high and there just about every light that lit up the walkways, paths or streets were not working.

Far away from pools, wasp nest directly outside door, rugs without a vacuum cleaner and not enough dishes in unit. I had to go buy some pots. Coach was tore up at the end corner. The let out couch, you could feel the bar underneath and the chairs and couch just sink in when you sit down. The furniture definitely needs to be updated. The calls early morning, everyday for a meeting when you declined upon check in was very disappointing and annoying
