The staff were definitely friendly and welcoming at every place we went in the park. Courteous, clean and plenty of space for everyone. The lazy river and wave pool were awesome too!

"Great Time"

Great water park with world class water slides. Definitely book with Reserve if it is cheaper, I had my tickets within an hour and was able to use them the same day I purchased them.

Tip: Try and eat before you get here, as the food at the park is kind of expensive and not very good, so you will save some money that way.

Tip: Make sure you either bring very little into the park or have an extra person not riding to watch your items. Lockers are extremely expensive to rent.

"Great ticket source!"
September 2018
I got a great price for Water Country tickets on Reserve Williamsburg. Better than buying straight from Busch Gardens' website, which was a higher ticket price with a hefty service fee. I bought my tickets in two groups. When the second group had trouble processing, I called the customer service and they were able to quickly fix the problem and process my second purchase. I would definitely use Reserve Williamsburg again! The kids loved Water Country and can't wait to go back.

Tip: The price for a small locker was ridiculous (about $15 for the day). Bring cheap sandals/flip flops to walk between ride areas :-)

My 21 year old daughter wanted to go with US her parents! We took my 16 year old niece as well .WE all had a blast and played like kids. It was a great place to make memories.
The all day meal plan was great as well. We couldn’t even eat all that was offered. The girls took pizza for their ride home.

They have some nice rides and features, but the lines are horrible and ticket prices are obscene. It would be enjoyable if they could handle the crowds.

One of the better water parks in the country. The lines are long on weekends, but not too bad during the week, unless the temperature's in the upper 90's. The rides are pretty good and the food is good. There's plenty to do here for kids of all ages.
