"Abuse of Amazing Pets show in Branson MO"
March 2018
This show was absolutely horrifying. The trainer threw cats into a suitcase and flipped it over. The cats looked afraid and looked starving. He hit one of the Siberian huskys for putting its paw in the wrong place. I would not recommend this show. It’s traumetizing and I hope this show stops getting support. Spread the word.

"Horrible ANIMAL ABUSE!!!!!!"
September 2017
This has to be one of the sickest forms of "entertainment" that my family has ever witnessed. The trainer gets angry and throws the animals for not doing what he wants them to do and they all looked very scared and worn out. Many looked weak and sick from being overworked and it was so sad that we left mid-show. This place should not even be allowed to be in business. It was sickenly gross. Abuse is not entertainment.

"Show needs new animal trainer"
September 2017
During the break the animal trainer sold tickets to take a picture with his cute dog. He was extremely rude while rushing then told everyone not to touch the dog when sitting beside her. The children in front of us was taking their picture when the young boy petted the dog very gently. The trainer slapped the boys hand and said "I told you not to touch the dog". None of the animals looked happy, they all flinched when the trainer was near them. I would recommend that you hire the young lady, Sara Carson, from America's Got Talent who has been living in her car with her dogs. She has a wonderful uplifting show and obviously loves her dogs and they obviously adore her.

Not everyone is an animal lover, but if you are, take time to see this show. All of the animals have been rescued from shelters. People expect dogs and even birds to do tricks, but I did not even know you could train cats to perform on stage. Very fun!!!

We attended this show with 2 adults and 5 kids. The comedian who opens up for this show is funny and the only good part to the show. There is not really anything amazing about the show. The worst part for me was during the “intermission” (should you really have one when the show is only an hour of material?) my daughter was looking at one of the dogs on display. There was a sign that said look but don’t touch. She was not very close to the dog and the “trainer” that did the show on stage with the animals came over and very roughly pushed her out of the way. It was not necessary and he seemed very rude and not at all kid friendly. Definitely could have saved the money and skipped that show.

"Why does the Humane Society allow this show to go on?"

First the good: The host catered to the children. The children enjoyed the show because of the special attention they got. The animals came from a shelter. Now the bad: The animals seemed to be old, scared, under-fed, and perhaps mistreated. One of the older dogs, Hercules, seemed to be in lots of pain and was forced to balance himself on a small elevated disc. He was a large Husky. The cats were forced to do tricks that put them into positions that were totally unnatural, such as pulling themselves with their front legs, hind legs dangling, between two rails that were elevated quite a distance from the floor of the stage . The two parrots did little for the show. All they did was fly from one owner to the other. No tricks. No talking. Nothing. There was little variety in the tricks the dogs did, mostly walking/hopping on their hind legs wearing a different costume. Please don't encourage this behavior by purchasing tickets to this show. It only perpetuates the mistreat of animals. I am surprised the Humane Society hasn't shut them down.
